Worst service!!!! I have been going to this location for about a year at least once a week or at least anytime I'm craving steak quesadillas I have 4-5 people I am usually ordering for so my bill comes to 30-$50.00 we order ALOT drive thru is usually congested and slow which never bothers me what bothered me is that my order tonight came to $39.28 I made my order got to the window to pay and handed a $100 bill when then they decided to state we don't take hundreds only problem is all I had on me was 2 hundred dollar bills which I told them that's all I have well I was told basically too bad now I have a child that is on the autism spectrum when you get him into something and say this is what we are doing that's what needs to be done so he did not have an outburst I then had to drive to the racetrack to get change since I guess at taco bell you can't use any type of money even though it all spends the same and I left my husband there to tell them just make the food my wife is getting change which then they told him no he needed to have the money first which is comical since we ordered at the drive thru first before having to go in when you order at the drive thru they usually make your food then you go to the second window and pay right????? Knowing I just left my husband there to drive to get change when most people would say screw you really?????? well he would have the money on hand if you accepted the bills presented or if you had a sign stating we don't accept large bills so they then canceled the order just to put it in again and make it again first order was made at 6:30 second order was put in at 7:04 and it is now 7:20 and I am still sitting in the parking lot waiting for the food which once gets here I will continue........OK so my order was done at 7:29 pm so this took an hour which is a joke!!!! And to add to everything once we ordered for the second time and paid then we were told with a giggle oh oops we have to change your drinks we aren't serving icee's freezes whatever they call them you just realized the second time around an hour later!!!!!!! And to top it off popcorn chicken is missing now if that's not bad service especially for a fast food chain I don't know what is!! Food was delivered fast with great service from my uber driver but all of my crunchy tacos were soft and the person they were for does not like them soft and won’t eat them. I ordered thru Instacart as I had a $10 food voucher there. Instacart would not refund or do anything. So I called the store and spoke to the manager on duty not the GM, her name was Diana, who before apologizing made the excuse that it doesn’t show on their order screen as crunchy. Yet it’s on my receipt that was taped to the bag!!?? As an old general manager myself of a restaurant with a drive thru, I questioned why my order wasn’t checked for accuracy since it’s correct on the receipt and you tapped it to the bag so someone saw that they should’ve been crunchy. Her response was “we don’t do that here”. So the manager Diana states that they do not check your order before they give it to you!! I again questioned well don’t you think you should start doing this as to avoid future issues? She said it’s not protocol, but she will tell the General manager my suggestion. I am just floored by this comment and the audacity of how little this manager actually cared about the problem, nor about fixing the problem; let alone not caring about adjusting future issues! Sorry Diana that you feel you need your general managers permission to check orders for accuracy on YOUR shift! The only thing she offered to me was for me call Uber about the issue. I actually had to ask her, if she could just put my name down in a book that most restaurants have to replace messed up orders and just write that I need 4 crunchy tacos. I again was told they don’t do this but I can write her name down on my receipt. So you’re telling me, you keep no records in store? I can just write a managers name on my receipt regardless of anything was actually wrong and you’ll just give me free food?!?! Read moreMy two times of going here has cost a good amount. Not hundreds but I tried the two types. KFC and taco bell. Well had the famous bowl and it seem to have sat out for a long time because wasn't very warm and seemed that the chicken was cooked hrs before. I'm not sure but going off tast. Because I have been to all kinds of these all over the US and damn not to many have been horrible but this one doesn't get the best reviews from me or many it seems. I went the first time and got a family meal for the four of us. Well the boritos were well under even the limits taco bell set for their standard. I mean more torta than anything. The grilled stuffed has a standard. Take the or in as easy beans and rice. I got the grilled stuffed as a miniature. I mean it was 6inchs tall or less and 1 and half wide. I was so sad. Looked like a griller. Other times I have gone I tested the theory my girl order one. Steak got it not any steak till the bottom of it guess what it had a table spoon worth of meat. Ha ha. Right. Thought maybe it was just the steak. I got one after she finished. But I got beef. Well I got easy beans and rice. Simple not much issues. Plus I have to ask for the cheese sauce on the side since they put in a half. I do mean half of the side that you buy for 75cents. Witch they charge the 75 cents for the extra in it. But dont put it in. Very sad. But I got the grilled stuff. And guess what it looked like a little taller version of the grillers. 5 dollars almost for the grilled to turn out like the less than 2 dollars griller . Sad point on it. Right. Easy bean and rice means just that not easy everything. Support tells me well handle it. I have gone to many places I have had bad orders before again. To check. It's on or the other it gets little taller and skinnier or shorter and little wider but same amount as griller I test that too bought grillers and stuffed but guess what the grilled looked kinda smaller than griller shown the manager.
