So I ordered food from there and ordered Mongolian chicken with NO onions with chicken fried rice for my boyfriend. I had to say it 3 times, as the last on the phone wasn't paying attention. When I brought all the food back to the house, the Mongolian chicken wasn't there, pepper chicken with no onions was in there. We never ordered pepper chicken in our lives.. we called them, and the lady was saying that I ordered pepper chicken. I said, NO, I order the same thing every time.. so I get put on "hold." While on hold, I hear the owner and lady who takes orders at the front desk talking. The lady told the owner, pepper chicken and Mongolian chicken are the same thing.. the owner said, uh no it's not.. but the owner gets on the phone and says, okay bring it back and we will make you Mongolian chicken. No discount for the inconvenience AND making us bring back the pepper chicken. I said, any way we can be comped for having to drive 20 minutes back? She said, oh well we don't know for sure who's fault it was. When clearly it was theirs!! My boyfriend goes back to get the chicken and the lady in the front says, well of course I couldn't hear with so much noise in the background! Terrible customer service and too pricey anyway. They are super cheap, giving you way more veggies than meat, and barely any meat in the rice! Bottom line, don't waste your money. There are tons of other good quality Chinese restaurants with actually good customer service. They lost our...
Read moreHaving tried numerous Chinese places in the Spring Hill / Hudson area and not being able to get consistent, flavorful food in any of them, we were thrilled to read the rave reviews about this place and thought we had finally found a go to place. I fail to understand the rave reviews. The food lacked any flavor. The steamed dumplings were like lead balls of thick dough, the wonton soup was nothing more than bland chicken broth with wontons that lacked flavor and were also like lead. The pork fried rice had no taste, no egg and barely any pork. The szechuan chicken had no heat, the vegetables were soggy and the sauce was a gloppy mess; the shrimp with lobster sauce did contain decent size shrimp but the sauce was tasteless; and the shrimp lomein was another lackluster bland disappointment. The egg rolls were the usual garbage that every Chinese place in the area seem to use. What happened to restaurants that serve flavorful, authentic Chinese food? Apparently there are none to be had in this area. Don't...
Read moreI have been quite a regular customer with this place . Unfortunately like most businesses, pandemic and inflation had affected cost of living . , However, when unfortunate circumstances are taken advantage of, itâs bad.
I find that the quality and portions of servings are downsized ,and prices have rocketed a lot more!
They say you get what you pay for, true , but this KIngâs wok owners should be ashamed of themselves by upping their price so much and quantity /quality of food is so much lesser! Now they even charge you for extra chili oils and sauces!!!! Wow
Remember, we are in Spring HIll and not NEW YORK CITY!
Inflation DOES affects everyone !!! Not just you business folks. Bear that in mind. Imo, I donât think I will order from this place as often unless desperation! Iâd rather pick my own food from the Buffet City !!!! More varieties and better price! BTW, the people there are kinda rude and snobs as well. Do we need that? We are paying customers ! Non utensils and no...
