Smoked fish.....oh yeah.... and don't forget the FRESHEST STONE CRAB CLAWS!! The boats come right to the back dock!! This place is worth the drive ( or boat ride ). Don't forget about dessert!!! Awesome Key Lime Pie !!! This Fish House is Family owned and is the real deal.... Went into Kirk Fish late yesterday and was really impressed with their staff and customer service. We have been customers for years but were hesitant to eat local fish after Hurricane Ian and the recent Red Tide. We asked about the situation and rather than be irritated or condescending in response the woman behind the counter addressed our concerns and recommended some day-fresh Amberjack, caught miles offshore and far from the effects of Ian. Her colleague gave great advice for preparation on the grill and it was the best fish I have ever prepared (no exaggeration.) Can’t recommend...

1st time here. Not sure what we were waiting for, but glad we went. Picked up some Tilefish and Gulf Shrimp. The Mrs. is the cook in the family (lucky for me she loves to cook) and found Kirk's recipe for Ritzy Grouper and applied it to this preparation. All I can say is wow! It was absolutely delicious! We ended up freezing the shrimp for future, but looking forward to eating those soon. The Tilefish isn't always available. Also there were a few bones in the fish, but hardly any to ruin the meal. Overall well worth the drive as this is as fresh as you can without catching...
