This place was nice. We went this morning having stayed the weekend in cocoa beach. I made sure to leave a $20 tip on a $50 breakfast to prove a small point. We are big on reading the reviews before we head to eat somewhere or stay somewhere. I read them all and we nearly skipped this place. It seems as if whomever handles the google account for this place tries to bully anyone who leaves a 1 star review. If you search the reviews this person threatens to “report” the individual. Etc etc. To me, for a customer this comes across awful and why we nearly skipped it. Instead we went and gave a 40% tip to our server. My point is that whomever owns the place, you need to consider the people working for you may suffer from your emotionally ridden responses to 1 star reviews. Your percentage of going after people who are unhappy vs thanking your 5 star reviews is also off. It’s nice to add a little sugar to all that lemon. This point is important. Beachside Gem! Lilly’s Beachside Café in Satellite Beach is an absolute treasure. Nicole, the owner, has built something special, from the warm reception to the hot, fresh meal, the entire experience feels cozy, inviting, and full of heart.

I ordered the waffles with bacon and eggs, and everything was cooked perfectly fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. My server, Sierra, was kind, attentive, and genuinely sweet. Katy, the bus girl, moved through the café with such grace and care like watching a beautiful butterfly in motion, keeping every area spotless. And Ava, the manager, radiated positivity and calm truly angelic in how she led the team.

Honestly, Lilly’s could easily rename itself Lilly’s Beachside Angels, because that’s exactly what this team feels like. I left with a full stomach and an even fuller heart. Highly recommend this restaurant to...

A cute, beach-themed breakfast spot tucked into a strip mall. The servers were kind, polite, and attentive — really pleasant service all around.

I had the Cordon Bleu Benny, which was flavorful and well done. The hash browns were crispy, just how I like them. I usually prefer my poached eggs a little runny, but these were cooked to a medium-hard — still tasty, just not quite my preference.

My partner ordered the quiche of the day, which was the biggest disappointment — a very small, thin quarter-slice that was gone in a few bites and felt store-bought. It did come with a pumpkin white chocolate chip muffin (delicious!) and a generous serving of fresh fruit (mostly melons).
