I've traveled to China several times, including Fujian (where most of our local cooks come from) and I can cook myself. This is not Chinese food. Lin China doesn't even make the American-style Chinese food good. Vegetable and chicken are rarely cut into bite size pieces....good luck using Chopsticks. The recipes are inconsistent depending on what is on hand and who is cooking. They started using spaghetti noodles instead of LoMein....some supplier probably convinced them they could save money.....Lo Mein is wheat flour but Spaghetti is durum-wheat semolina....very different. The free General Tso's chicken has about 2 bottles of Texas Pete hot sauce in it. Its the same menu items that every take-out place offers but they assume we will just eat anything and we don't know quality... I'm sure the staff doesn't eat it. I've complained before and no change.....I won't be ordering again as the cooks are worse. Dzaijyan Lin Jung Guo.

Further to above, the owner responded to ask what I ordered...I have had Triple delight, Roast Pork Lo Mein, Szechuan Chicken, Kung Pao Chicken, General Tso's Chicken, Hunan Chicken, Wonton Soup, Fried Rice, Broccoli & Beef, Crab Rangoons and Egg Rolls. Like I said, I've given you more than one chance and complained....the only thing good is the egg rolls and rangoons which may come pre-made. The rest...

Update: I changed my rating from 3 stars to 1 star due to the unapologetic response from the restaurant.

“My daughter confirmed the entire order for you. You kept saying it was your order.” — No, actually, she didn’t confirm anything with me. We barely had a conversation, if that. All she said was my name, I said “yes that’s me”, and she handed me the order and I told her to have a great night.

“A customer came in and said you picked up the wrong order.” — Why should it take another customer to point out the error? The responsibility lies with your daughter who literally handed me the incorrect order. Take some accountability for yourselves.

“My phone has been disconnected.” — Well that’s a bold thing to say when I actually answered the phone call to learn that I was handed the wrong order.

Do better, Lin China.

*Original Review: After placing an online order and picking it up, I received a call from the restaurant 15 minutes later, just as I was arriving home, informing me they had given me the wrong order and telling me to return. Despite my frustration, upon returning, there was no compensation or even an apology offered for the inconvenience. The food is good, but the poor customer service leaves me...

Wow…what a horrible mistake we made choosing this place to get takeout for NYE(first time we’ve ever done that!). BTW we’ve been getting takeout in the Tampa Bay Area for 22 years. We’ve enjoyed some good places in years past but in recent years there has been a shift in quality, ingredients and overall flavor at our favorite places so we’ve been searching. When I ordered takeout, I requested 2 specific things…hot n sour soup(pork) and asked whether the hunan sauce had black beans(he said no). Hot n sour soup…WORST EVER! NO PORK, no hot, no sour, no special Chinese mushrooms or bamboo shoots or anything. So disgusting. SWEET(like sugar added) button mushrooms tofu and egg. Flavorless and Horrible! Hunan flavorless with black bean sauce. HOUSE egg fu young flavorless…only saw shrimp with PEAS AND CARROTS(no other meat). Oh I also really enjoyed the.calcium from the egg shell included in the batter. We ordered shrimp chow mai fun…terrible. Plain rice noodles, shrimp and carrots…no seasoning, or flavor!!! Almost everything lacked seasoning or flavor. The ONLY THING that was good were the steamed dumplings and sauce. Very good! I won’t be back...

Always friendly an efficient, and I keep giving them try after try on the food, but its bland, the sesame chicken is just chicken soaked in sauce, same with the tso. I tried chicken and broccoli to experience a different type of chicken and the strips were like wet noodles and if it wasn't for the hot temperature of the chicken, I would have thought they were undercooked. The texture was just... flaccid. I think that's the last shot I give them. The only positive I can say is that the vegetables seem be very fresh and well cooked (if you like crunchy, which I do). Veggie fried rice and a vegetable dish?

I walked in this establishment and reviewied the menu and told the lady that I normally order House Fried Rice but I see that you have a House Special Lo Mein. I asked her if it has onions in it because I am alergic to onions, she confirmed yes it does and I told her that I wanted the House Special Lo Mein with NO ONIONS! Welp what did I get? A complete waste of a trip and wasted money! I specifically told her that I was alergic and it's like it didn't even register with her when ordering. I WILL NOT be going back to this establishment knowing that I run the risk of a health issue!

This is the first time I have ordered from this restaurant. First of all I ordered the Sesame chicken with white steamed rice and when I went to open the container it was pork fried rice. It would’ve been ok if not for the taste. Which was mushy and didn’t taste right. My spouse ordered the fried wontons. They tasted like rubber and had no real flavor. The chicken is okay but almost tastes like cranberry which I’m definitely not used to. Maybe it’s just my own taste buds but def not ordering here again.
