Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Florida

If I could give this place a negative rating I would. I called and placed a order for my pizza at 5:58pm lady was nice on the phone I gave her my card info and told me it will be a 30-40 min wait. An hour goes by, I call them back and asked to speak to a manger and she told me we tried calling you because our driver didn’t know what apartment was yours (after I told the lady when I ordered my address and phone number not once! But twice!) I asked what number they had on file and it was wrong. So the manger said we will remake your pizza and send out new ones. And another hour and a half goes by! I call back and demand a refund, manger told me they should be there very soon did you still want to wait, I said if they are almost here I’ll wait but I’m not paying for it. She told me I couldn’t have MY pizza if I didn’t PAY for it! I told her after waiting for 2 and a half hours. I shouldn’t have to pay for ANYTHING!! We ordered 3 pizzas from this location yesterday (8/8). We ordered them online through their website. We received no indication they wouldn't delivery to our address. I called a few minutes later to update the order with some packets of condiments. I got transferred from FLORIDA to a call center in PITTSBURGH after calling the store. Still not being told they wouldn't deliver to our address.

An hour+ passes, and no pizzas arrive. We call the store to find out they wont deliver to the address. We were waiting over an hour, for an order we were allowed to put in online, and the store never called me (I gave them my direct cell phone number) to let us know it wasn't coming.

This is terrible customer service....

If I could give zero stars I would. We have to call to place an order because online ordering won’t work for our neighborhood. It took a while for the employee to figure out how to enter our order and I was told 40 minute delivery. After an hour I called to check on the status and there was no order under our phone number according to the call center that isn’t even located in the store. My husband checked out bank account and they credited the order back to our account but never bothered to call or notify us that we weren’t getting our food. I tried calling back to speak to someone in charge and I was on hold forever so I gave up. We ended up ordering from Dominoes. I won’t order...
