Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Florida

LADY THAT WORKS HERE WAS SLAMMING THINGS AND WAS AWFUL!! I came in to order and male employee asked me what to order. I sensed that he was tense and sad. I asked for a pretzel pizza and this white tall lady with I think red hair said that there were no more pretzel pizzas in a very hateful way. She started slamming things and she was being disrespectful to her employee. She then angrily started making my pizza and she wasn't even wearing gloves. The same hands she used to slam and clean things. She looked like she wanted to kill someone. I was like WTF is happening. So as I watch her make my pizza I am like wTF if she is going to be like that forget it and not wear gloves? So as I sat down and waited with another customer who was also like WTF is going on. We heard her in the back talking about us cussing saying how we came in 2 min before its time to close. Soo she shouted at her employee in a angry way to close the door. The customer next to me got his pizza then it was my turn and before I left I checked it and the pizza had salt smothered all over it and the dough wasnt even cooked. I shook m y head and left and right when I left she said "Have a great day". I want to talk to corporate because I never seeen anyone act like that except in facebook videos of people getting caught acting like evil people. When I walked out a lady was going to come in but I could hear her from inside my car yell in a hatefull way WE ARE CLOSED!!! That women is crazy she needs to find another job!!! Absolutely terrible 🤦‍♂️

Walked in, young African American male "greets" me by blankly staring at me. I said "hi, I'd like one of those hot and ready pepperoni pizzas", clerk stares at me for a few seconds, then turns around and screams "I need change!"

Manager (?) walks up, looks in drawer, which only contains $10 dollar bills and a few coins (at 7pm on a Friday night!!!!). Manager screams to entire team (and guests), "Exact change or cards only!!". Both Manager and team member turn and walk away, leaving me standing at the register, ignored...

Nice young African American young lady finally walks up, politely greets me. I asked for $5 hot and ready pepperoni, she says that they are $8 at that location. Weird, but OK. I pay, she turns to get a pepperoni pizza from cabinet. There are none. She tells cook, who was the same guy who stared me down at the register. He says "Five minutes."

Nice cashier apologizes, offers cheese pizza instead.. Not what I wanted, as I literally only stopped for $5 of hotness and readiness... So I got an $8 cheese pizza instead...ready, but nowhere near "Hot"....it was "Old and Cold"...

Please see attached photo. This is not a joke. Completely uncut. They made lines that made it appear to be cut, but it wasn't. At all.

Air bubbles in outdated dough. No rise in dry, stale crust, again, no doubt caused by old dough.

Sauce musty and overly sweet (old).

Center loading, red edges. Massive underportioning of cheese..

Piece of cardboard was on top of pizza.. Impossible to not notice that when they closed the box. Employees simply don't care.

I tried to order a stuffed crust pretzel pizza with cheese sauce... This is the second time trying to order it from this location. This is my absolute favorite pizza so I know what it looks like. This is the second time that they took a regular stuff crust and put butter on it and tried sprinkling salt on it and called it a "pretzel crust" . That would be like going to the bakery taking a roll out brushing it with butter and sprinkling rock salt on it and saying here. Would you like a soft pretzel?!?! Literally not a thing! This time was even worse though because the kid who I think was the"Manager" on duty ... Cooked me the same exact pizza but cooked it 5 minutes longer so it was a little bit darker than the last one and tried to tell me it was now a pretzel. Just absolutely unreal... Oh let me add in that the last time this has happened I didn't even get a refund and I had to call corporate Little Caesars who said that a manager would be reaching out to me and that never happened... This location simply...
