So I am customer curious ??? to what your policy is when a person orders a pizza online for a delivery , order is accepted , money was taken from customer curious for ordered pizza , online delivery tracker shows a pizza is on its way - then it stops functioning or showing current whereabouts of ordered pizzas location , so customer curious patiently waits a short time no pizza arrives , so now customer curious goes on phone calls you to get update of where is pizza but no one answers ur phone then your voicemail answers oh but mailbox is currently full so no message can be left and still 🚫 🚫 🚫 no pizza has arrived , customer curious then goes on website oh but it shows currently closed. Now Mr customer curious has turned into very hungry, very annoyed, no money, wanting pizza, (Mr Growling Belly). So I say again what is your policy for uncontrollable circumstances and outta my hands n where oh where oh where is my missing round thing hot melty cheese covered with pepperoni in a box 🎁 thing ??? 😔

Read moreGreeted by a very pleasant Serina. As I was placing my order, I hear this voice coming from in back. I assure you I heard her very clear. Assuming it was the shift manager speaking... "You better try harder to learn this because you arent getting it... You've been here two weeks already" along with some just rude statements and hostility. Totally unacceptable. Rude. The woman sounded obnoxious. I would've liked to change places with the employee bc I would have snapped back. What horrible management. You don't belittle your employees, especially your new employee where all can hear.(the lobby was full) It's degrading and embarrassing. If you need to take action with an employee, you pull them to the side or in the office. Even then you don't use the t9ne or words this woman did. I expressed my concerns to the counter girl as well. It was unprofessional and she doesn't deserve to run a shift let alone a store. To whoever she was, red hair inbelieve.. Get it together sweetie. What a horrible look. Maybe some leadership trainings will do you good. Be mindful of how you speak to others....and turn the damn air up. Read moreMan working behind the counter at 6:30 PM was incredibly disrespectful. He was serving us and another customer came up and tried talking to him. He instantly stopped talking to us, turned to her, and SHUSHED her with his finger to his lips and said something along the lines of “can’t you see I’m serving someone else?” At first I thought it was his friend or little sister and he was just messing around, but she seemed as if she was going to cry. He was also rude to his coworkers, yelling at them to “deal with it,” “it” being other work tasks. Additionally, I ordered three pizzas but then IMMEDIATELY changed my order to four pizzas and was incredibly clear that I wanted four. I paid for what I believed to be four. Then we picked up three pizzas because evidently he either didn’t hear me or didn’t care to try to listen. Judging by his attitude, I subscribe to the latter theory.
