I would not recommend this location to anyone seeking any level of equal service. Before arriving, 5 minutes before literally, my wife called to confirm that they could accommodate seating for an infant and that the Philadelphia Eagles game would be available to watch. It was confirmed that if we were not seated by the game then they would turn it on another TV. We arrived and again confirmed our same needs. We were seated in the back with 3 TVs. One being watched by 2 people only for the Washington game and a group of about 4 with a TV to watch the Bears game. I asked 6 times for the TV in the corner that no one was watching to have the Eagles game so that we could all watch the game without turning our backs. Our waiter and a waitress each came back on numerous occasions in shock that not only was the game not turned on, but that the manager I asked to speak with had yet to come to us. I had asked for him about 30 minutes before he ever arrived. He arrived with the biggest chip on his shoulder and with the dumbest excuse I have ever heard, "We cannot change the channels, they are preprogrammed at night." When I asked him why 2 people were entitled to a TV for their game and the other group near us was also entitled to their game but we are not despite our numerous requests, he was rude, condescending, never answered me other than to say turn around and look at the game where it is, and then walked away. Even the waiter, could not believe such a response was given. My favorite part, later they changed the wrong TV, this is about 45 minutes later, to the Eagles game only for the couple watching the Washington game to demand it be changed back. Amazingly, they changed the game back, pulled up a guide to change the TVs to any channel they wished, and clearly chose that 2 people are clearly entitled to something my family and money was not. I did not expect to take over a TV, nor to take other's games away, only the chance to watch the game which was my primary purpose of being there. We spent over $100 easy, and they will never get my business again. That is 17 weeks where you'd have cleared about $2,000, not including any referrals or friends we brought. Your management is disgusting and the bald manager that thinks he should flex on everyone should be fired immediately. You do not treat customers in such a way and give them such dumb excuses, as if I have never operated a TV or been to a bar that has football games on. I have had some bad experiences, but this place is detestable at best. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU HAVE ANY DESIRE FOR ACTUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE, YOU WILL ONL LEAVE...
Read moreThey were very busy for bike night so we knew it would be a wait. 20 minutes later we finally got drinks. We ordered some appetizers and our food at the same time. After another 20 minute wait we asked them to make sure the appetizers were coming out first. They assured us they would. Then our food comes out and we asked where our appetizers were. Obviously they had been forgotten. We cancelled the apps at that point. We start to eat and realize the boneless chicken is dried out and over cooked. We then waited for our server to ask for a replacement. Another server comes over with the apps. We tell her they were supposed to be canceled. Our server comes over and takes the wings and says she will put a rush on them getting remade. Next our bill comes out and the wings are off of it. We wait another 10 minutes and asked the server if they were cooking a new order of chicken. She explained they had been removed even though we had just had the conversation saying we would like a new order. Confused , I go to the manager Donny who immediately goes on the defense saying the wings were not overcooked. Apparently he must be eating leftovers in the kitchen. I even said numerous times that it wasn't the servers fault that the kitchen had mass confusion. He stayed on the defense saying how he has the best team. (I never said a bad word about any servers or anyone for that matter). One would think that having a bike night every month, it would be organized better in anticipation for the crowd. Clearly in this establishment , Donny knows best. I will be sure in the future to understand that I don't know what overcooked food tastes like. It's ashame that Donny didn't have the ability to put this right, or to not be condescending. Donny even came over to the table to explain that he would bring this all up in a meeting after hours. He then proceeded to "pretend" as if he was writing in his pad. My wife looked over and saw that he was literally scribbling doodles. Apparently Donny is secretly also an undercover artist. Alot of new waitresses. They go thru them pretty fast. They were hopping on a Wednesday night 50 cent wings. Hot food and at least they put in our order fast.
UPDATE: 2 hours!!! We have been there a few times and the service is getting worse.
Waited to be seated, no big deal its a wednesday. We put our order as soon as we get seated because we know what we want. Soda comes and its flavored water to say the least. Zero carbonation. After 15 minutes the waitress stops by and we tell her and she said that others have been complaining also so she thinks it may be fixed. If not I'll bring you some water. She comes back with waters.
Food comes out 35 minutes after we put in our order. She says that a big table of 8 was holding up everything. We asked for some silverware and she said sorry its all dirty but she would keep checking and when it gets cleaned she will bring us some. 5 minutes later we get some.
While we are waiting for our waitress to come back by we hear the table next to us being told there were no clean cups so they brought them paper cups. All the while the manager is chatting with his biker buds at the bar the whole time.
We wait and wait for the check. Finally go up to another waitress at the till and tell her we need to go. She pulls up our bill and our waitress shows up and says to pull the soda off because it wasn't right. The other waitress says no its been fixed a while ago. Ummm hello remember the 2 HOURS!!!
So now the machine won't run our credit card so we have to go take money out of the ATM , mind you the same card so i have to pay $3 fee for using it.
Now we see why they go thru so many waitresses. If I had to tell customers we didn't have forks or cups...how embarrassing.
Think this may have been it for us. They clearly don't need anymore business. And mind you, they still had...
