Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Florida

So, on Sunday I stop by Little Caesars by Lowes in Poinciana. The young lady name Cristal M was very rude, call me the B word when I was walking out. I placed a special order like some of us do. but she decided to give me the order the way they wanted because she stated they cant waste food and she will get in trouble. So I requested a refund and only pay for the 2 pizza. Not giving moment I scream or used bad language. I asked for her name and she declined to provide her name but it was located on the receipt. She even stated she knew the District Manager basically just letting me know nothing is going to happen. I see there are plenty of reviews of similar actions. When this store opened everyone was very nice. I liked coming to this store because of the cleaning and I have gotten nice very nice employee even young very young gentleman that make the food like if they making it for them self. Plus is Convenience for me since I need to pass by here everyday for me to get home. 5 for the 2 pizza I took. 2 for service since the other young lady that took my order was the opposite of Cristal. The other employee was kind and looking for solutions. and one for last question due to the above...

We have been here twice. Today, we went there and we said we wanted the sauce with the crazy breads. When the order was given to us, guess what, NO SAUCE. She said that it was extra and I told her that I had asked for it. At the end, took my order and no sauce. The time before today, I went there at 9:15 ( they close at 10) and told me that they had no ingredients to make more pizza. When I told them about this today she said that they start picking up the store around that time, so no pizzas are made after 9:15 and they close at 10. WORSE SERVICE EVER!!! And this is a new location. I have worked on the food industry before and if an order is put in at 9:45, and we close at 10:00, be sure that the order will cone out because we close at 10:00 at that time is when we pick everything up. I've gone here many times when in a rush and going home late. Do not go here. Last the pizza was hard as cardboard. Not edible. Called to let them know, and had to call 3 time for an answer . They told me "well i don't know what to tell you." The fact that the pizza was toasted so much that it was as hard as the box and looked like it was in the warming oven for more that an hour had nothing to do with them. This was a friday night, and everyone was just hanging around not doing anything, just talking. But im not going to argue with a child over a pizza. I rather go to dominoes, papajohns or marcos down the street....
