Twistee Treat Poinciana — Restaurant in Poinciana

Went there and ordered a banana split, while talking to the young man in the drive thru speaker i can here him coughing, upon getting to the window I see the young man that took my order making my banana split and coughing all over my order while making it without covering his mouth so I decided to keep observing and this kid kept coughing on my order and over so I couldn't take any more of it and decided to pull out and leave and leave them there making the order without telling them anything because I didn't want any problems but this is ridiculous if someone is coughing non stop they should send them home or put a mask or something but they were all in there like it's a hang out spot joking around while the line is piled up , I recommend Jeremiah's or somewhere else besides this place the sad part here is that this location was never this way. I been living here in Poinciana for over 10 years and I loved twistie treat until this happened to me and will never go again to this location. They lost a great customer that brings in alot of business. I just wished the head manager will start hiring grown folks instead of children that don't want to do there job professionally, regardless of where anyone works they should always keep there morals and use there senses and coughing on someone's food is disgusting, angry customer here , SAD THING IS THE BIG MANAGER THERE IS A WONDERFUL PERSON and these kids are making this location look bad in thus making the Manger look bad...

If I could give this Twistee Treat 10 stars, I absolutely would! From the moment I pulled into the Poinciana location, I knew I was in for a treat (pun intended)! But what truly made this experience unforgettable was the OUTSTANDING customer service from Jazlyn. She didn’t just serve ice cream — she served pure joy with every swirl and sprinkle!

Jazlyn greeted me with the warmest smile and the kind of energy that could brighten even the cloudiest day. She made me feel like royalty, ensuring my order was perfect down to the very last drizzle of hot fudge. I swear, she must have read my mind because the sundae she crafted was the most beautiful and delicious creation I have ever laid eyes on! I half-expected a marching band to burst through the doors to celebrate how incredible it was!

But the magic didn’t stop there. Jazlyn took the time to ask how my day was going, recommended her personal favorite flavors (which were SPOT ON), and genuinely made me feel like family. The world needs more Jazlyns — caring, attentive, and radiating positivity.

I’m already counting down the days until my next visit. If you’re looking for an ice cream experience that will leave you floating on cloud nine, RUN (don’t walk) to Twistee Treat Poinciana. Worst place ever, I went tonight and when I looked at my receipt I realized they took the order wrong, when I clarified to her what I wanted she started giving attitude. There were 4 employees and making a vanilla milkshake took so long, doing it in purpose just because I told the employee she took the order wrong and they were using their cellphones instead of working. So, I asked for a refund because definitely I’m not leaving my money where people don’t know how to give a good customer service and 3 of the employees started questioning me why I want the refund with attitude. It was simple, just admit you took the order wrong, serve the ice cream correctly and that’s it. The girl that identified as the person in charge was so mad that she slammed the drive thru door with this unique attitude. Definitely they don’t know what they are doing, instead of appreciating they have a job and can earn some money they think they deserve everything and don’t educate themselves to provide a good and quality...
