New updated review, the owner of this establishment is absolutely horrid. Joe lacks customer service skills and I wouldn’t be surprised if his staff does too based on the way he handles things. How someone like this is in a management position I have no idea, but this is exactly how you lose loyal customers and money. His disgusting way of speaking to his customers will make you run from this location. I will never come back to this place, I will stick to Starbucks hands down. Read moreWas in a hurry so I Went in and order a simple mango smoothie. No one was inside and I somehow still ended up waiting 15 minutes before they started making my smoothie. In that time other guess walk in an order. They started on the other drinks and orders and left mine sitting there. The girl at the front saw how mad my face was and finally handed me my drink. I get in my car and start driving to work only to drink it and it taste straight up like water with a hint of mango. Sooooo upset right now. What a joke and disappointment

Read moreThis has got to be the worst experience I've ever had at a Tropical smoothie. I made a mobile order because I'm on my way to work. They ask me my name. I yell them it's a mobile order. This girl is making my drink and spills it. There is no urgency to remake my order. They keep making other drinks. When all the drinks are finished, I ask the girl, if my order was ready. She stares at me and says no. At this point I'm desperate. I put in the mobile order before all the other people even ordered. So I ask if they can cancel my order because I need to go. The cashier was the only one nice enough to ask for my name. Only then they found my drink stashed away on some shelf. So the drink was ready.
