This place is so skimpy on portions, that it is unreal. It's just been getting progressively worse. Like someone has came in and commanded that they short change every ingredient in your bowl... even when I ask for extra, they give me either a normal amount or even less... I asked for "extra cheese", and a young Hispanic dude who can barely grow a mustache literally grabs less then what they usually put on if I just ask for "cheese" and he drops like 2/3rds of the cheese in his hand in my bowl and puts the other 1/3rd back into the cheese container, giving me less than the even "regular" amount of cheese... idk if they have a contest, or some unannounced incentive to short people on everything, but it seems everytime I go there, it just becomes less, and less and less... even if you ask for "extra", their new version of extra is less than their old version of "regular"... it used to be I could eat half my burrito, be stuffed, and save the other half for later. Now I eat the whole bowl and am still hungry after the fact... with the price increases too... less for more. Bad business. Also, I asked for a water cup 6 days ago and was given it for free. Today I asked for a water cup, and 2as told that they don't do that anymore. So I bought a small cup and look at my receipt, and it was $2.80... and all I drink is water, so it's not like I got some flavorful drink, but was charged $2.80 for h20... this is the most parsimonious and frugal chipotle that I've ever encountered, and as much as I love the taste, I have decided today after what transpired, that I will NEVER return to this location... they act as if their food was gold. Like I would not be surprised if they didn't bust out a digital food scale and weight their portions. It's getting so bad, truly... it's not the money, I'm fine spending 12 or 13$ on something that tastes good and is filling... but when it's 13$ and you're still hungry, and it's consistently that way, and not just a every once in awhile thing... that's when you have to recognize patterns and weigh your options... also, unclean, and workers have unfriendly demeanors... they talk and banter as if they were with their homies in the cafeteria in school... bad attitudes, mean mugs and clearly just unenthusiatic and not happy to be there... look at customers as inconveniences and obstacles and it reflects in their facial expressions and attitudes. Just ghetto truly... I believe this place will be shut down if the situation is not ameliorated and someone doesent step in and retrain, or hire better workers... based on all the othernegative reviews it is only a matter of time b4 this place closes down, because the way its operated and not cared for is unsustainable. Highly disappointed as I feel I've been robbed dozens of times and so many others as well. Lot of work to do... you've permanently lost this customer, hopefully you turn it around or else the shut down...
Read moremy personal experience at this chipotle is amazing. service is great, food is good, and the emoloyees are patient. people donât have common sense that when itâs the first week of opening at a location the people of poinciana have been asking for for a long time, the line and wait is going to be extremely long. but apparently people donât get that. as an employee, i can understand the wait, however, i noticed something on my last visit that made me extremely uncomfortable. there was an extremely long wait for online orders, as i heard the manager say that they were over an hour behindâŠwhich is crazy, but of course youâre going to have angry customers because you pretty much wasted their time. the manager kept telling everyone they could get their refunds and apologized. however, there was one gentleman who was sitting on a chair that the manager was having a hostile conversation with. he kept calmly repeating that he didnât want to argue with her and had no intentions to, until i heard the manager say something extremely rude to the customer that i prefer not to repeat. the gentleman stood up from his chair and demanded one of the employees to get the womanâs manager, or a card for corporate. the woman came back to the man and said that she was from corporate but that she was âone second away from calling the police.â calling the police for what? the man was not violent or hostile, but was being gaslighted because he reacted to her disrespect. i was extremely disappointed that after a few seconds of a non-violent altercation, the manager couldnât handle it herself and had to get the police involved. especially in this day of age, you need to learn how to run your store and minor altercations without getting the police involved for every little thing, considering the police wonât do much besides make the situation worse. this was very disappointing to see and i hope they can learn from...
Read moreI went to this location for the first time this week. The place was clean, the servers were ok. When I went there was only another guy and me in the line, the guy asked for 2 portions of meat and he wanted chicken and steak, the server made a mistake and probably didn't hear correctly or didn't understand, he put 2 scoops of chicken and the customer told him thst he wanted chicken AND beef, thr server didn't even apologized for his mistake and said "oh I put double chicken, you'll still have to pay for it though... Do you still want the steak?" The guy said yes and he put half of a scoop of steak because the burrito bowl was already exploding... Lol, I mean it's not my business, but I don't think they should have charged him for all that just because the guy didn't understand and then on top of it he doesn't even apologized or even acknowledged that he made a mistake... I don't know that was a little bit awkward... The other girls working the line seemed annoyed or in a bad mood I guess... Or... Maybe they were just...
