Taco Bell — Restaurant in Florida

You know...

When I love tacos, I go with my fiancée to this location. But why is it that EVERY time we go there, the orders are always wrong? We try and tell them, but they just never seem to get it right.

The final straw was last night: They got this order wrong not once, not twice, not three times, but FOUR TIMES.

1st mistake: Fiancée orders a beef burrito with extra beef and red strips. Simple, right? Tell me how they added beans and ignored the add-ons.

2nd mistake: They gave us a new beef burrito with extra beef and red strips, but NO rice.

3rd mistake: I had 2 Crunchwrap Supremes with spicy ranch added to them. No beef was found in both Crunchwraps.

4th mistake: Got 2 new Crunchwraps, but instead had AVOCADO ranch rather the spicy ranch? I'm ALLERGIC to avocado, so that kinda made me have a need for an epinephrine pen while I waited in the ER to see if the situation was severe or not while having the spins...

Honestly, this is the last time we'll be coming to this location. I'll be calling their location later today after work. They may not give a damn, since they ALWAYS get orders wrong. There's another location on John Young and Pleasant Hill. People tell me the crew there actually pays attention to orders. A little further, but hopefully...

I have never been so frustrated with a fast food place like I was with this one, we went thru the drive thru and ordered a nachos Belgrande and a fiesta taco salad when we got to the window we paid and the girl at the window gave us our receipt, I looked at the receipt and it said nacho fries Belgrande and beef taco salad, we got her attention and showed her the mistake she made and she made the correction, at least we thought that she did, she handed us our bag and we started to pull away and I looked in the bag and all I had was a small fry and the nachos Belgrande, so now I had to go inside and try to get my order, I had to ask for the manager and told him what happened, and the words that came out of his mouth was, so you didn't want the fries, at that point all I wanted to do was throw the fries at him, after all that I finally got the salad and all they did was offer me a stupid coupon for a free taco for getting my order wrong, I'm not going to tell you what I wanted to do with that coupon, but I will tell you i won't be going back, the girl who waited on us did not even seem concerned at all. If I could have given them no stars I would have. So sad what has happened to good customer service...

TL;DR: Received outstanding service at a tier that even a hidalgo would appreciate.

As a frequent fast food consumer, I hold no illusions of being treated as a sheikh at such establishments, but today was different. After placing a dine in order & waiting for a few minutes, Suzie came out and asked me if I wanted a drink.

After politely declining (I am watching my calories), she turns around and like seasoned commander, instructs her colleagues to hurry as, "he (referring to me) has been waiting for a while, and such an occurance is unacceptable". Luckily, I was sitting down, as I would have otherwise been on the floor in awe of such an exemplary display. I soon received my food along with an apology for the wait (very nice).

Upon finishing my delectable feast, I stood up to throw away my garbage and place the tray in the proper shelf. During that action, Gavin walked up to me and offered to take both the tray and the garbage. At this point I am blushing, agreeing to the tray, but not the garbage.
