First of all, let me say I’m not the type of person to write reviews for bad service. I know what it’s like to work hard and be faced with difficulties of a job, so even then I do not like to leave bad reviews because I know peoples jobs are on the line… However, this location has a constant problem of bad service that could be fixed with proper management and training. This is the second time in a row I wait an eternity for my food. The first time it was during peak hours so I somewhat understand, it’s just the lack of acknowledgment from the staff that bugs me out. If you see a line full of people let them know you’re trying your hardest to get to them and serve them. Don’t let them just stand around to get antsy and angry. On this night I got the email saying my food is ready but I waited 45 minutes to finally receive my food. I had people waiting for me at my house and we were all late to an event as a result. Second time, my food was ready, it was I. The portal but I wasn’t allowed to access it. Again, no acknowledgement from staff. Cashier would leave to make pizzas while everyone waited. A simple “I’ll be right with you, ya los atiendo” would make things 1000000% better. To top it off, when I finally got to ask if my order is ready the cashier told me (in Spanish) “you came here late, that’s why you had no access.” I’ve been in customer service for years, one thing you DO NOT do is blame the customer for anything. Please get this fixed for everyone’s sake. The staff is trying their hardest but they need someone to...
Read moreModernity may not always play to your favor. And that's exactly what is happening to Little Caesars (or at least happened a couple of times to me before). Now, that you can order via its app and pass by to pick your order from the newly aquired state of the art warm dispencers, punching a code the app provided you sounds espectacular, definitely a mayor improvement. Yes, but... when lets say, by coincidence 30 people order at home at almost same time: there is no crew that can handle that. at leadt the crew size they kept in there. App handles it anyway. And as clients you expect to retrieve your pizza after the 25 or 30 minutes app indicates, no to wait 15 or 20 minutes when you get there after your initial wait. Yesterday I waited in total 50 minutes for 1 pizza only. To me. it's excesive. I kindly pay 5 dollars more anywhere else and not having to eat with the bitter flavor...
Read moreIf there was a way to post this without giving any stars that's what I would have done, but unfortunately you have to give at least one start. The deserve minus 5 stars. I placed an order on the app at 6:51pm, it said my pizza would be ready for pick up at 7:15-7:20pm. Drove to the store at 7:00pm, when I got there there were 20 people outside waiting to pick up their orders, some had been there for over 2 hours. At that point I called the store to try and cancel the order, because you can't cancel on the app. I was on the phone waiting for them to answer the phone for 1 1/2 hours and no one answered the phone. I had to leave and get McDonalds because I had 3 hungry kids waiting at home. I will never go to that store again. I will be calling corporate and getting a refund for the pizza I was...
