Sadly, we eat at this location almost weekly. We order the same thing every time we go and have never had an issue with it. This time was a complete different experience. First off, the young girl taking the orders had us repeat our order 5 different times. Comes down to it she didn’t even ring it in correctly and we had to make a whole other order to receive the rest of what we ordered in the first order. As we sit and wait on the order we are observing the workers in the back. The manager on duty is very loudly complaining about orders coming through the phone and said he doesn’t answer the phone because they are annoying. Also, every single worker there is not wearing a mask correctly up over there nose and continuously wipes their noses/faces and continues working on the food. The young lady handling money did not wear gloves and threw an order of fresh bread sticks sitting on a chemical bottle for over 5 minutes. We leave the store and take the food home to open it and realize 1. It isn’t edible the amount of sauce that was thrown all over the pizza and box. 2. We were missing half the order. When we go back to the store to request new pizzas to be made and get the rest of our order the manager recognized us and ran to the back with a lobby full of people waiting to place orders for food. We stood in the front of the cash register for 15 minutes before the manager came back out to the cash register to see what was wrong with us. He didn’t even greet us and didn’t offer anything to fix the issue. We requested a refund in which he had issues processing because the young girl did not give us the receipts for the two orders we had made and incorrectly rang them in so it was impossible to find the receipt. After a total hour of being in the store from the first time we ordered we finally were able to receive a refund on one of the orders because he couldn’t find the order for the second one. Read moreThis is the worse Little Caesar’s location in America. The employees talk and play with each other instead of being concerned about getting orders together. I ordered online and after being passed the wrong pizza, with no type of apology given, I was told that the correct pizza was in the oven…20 minutes later, no pizza. Once I complained and asked for a manager, the manager’s excuse was that an employee, who had nothing to do with the situation, was new. Still no apology…just excuses. Then as I’m talking to the manager about the cashier, she keeps interjecting and the manager tells me not to talk to her in a certain manner when she was being rude to me. I not once cursed at her. I did correct her because he chose not to and she clearly didn’t respect him because she kept interjecting in our conversation after he asked her to stop a few times….30 minutes more of waiting for a pizza that I ordered online…here comes another employee throwing me my pizza saying “here”. Most of the staff displays straight up trash customer service skills. One day I walked in and a female manager was yelling about locking the doors because she was understaffed like it was the customers’ fault. These are not my first issues with this establishment, but it will most certainly be my last. I would rather pay the few extra dollars to the Papa Johns down the street and feel good about spending my money before dealing with their foolishness. Or just some common sense when telling paying customer how long it’ll actually take for the food to come out. 8-10 turned into 40plus mins and not only that she tried to tell me that after 40mins she had no cheese pizza mind you that I watching give away pizzas left and right watching her cut and give away pizzas. To other who order after me, I always try to be patient cause I’ve work in the industry but tell customers it’s 8-10 min and then keep adding 5 mins every time they come back to check to check for their food is ridiculous! If I would’ve been told that it would take 40 mins I could’ve made the choice to wait or go else where. Only go to little Caesar’s because it’s “hot and ready” nothing ever ready at this location, there always multiple employees on and one actually working. Sad world we live in that you can’t even go pick up food out with out receiving HORRIBLE service! I do want to say the young lady cashier held her cool the whole time and was very professional with dealing with angry customers. Management should have been doing a better job of helping her manage the lobby. Not only was she taking order she was also boxing the pizzas up and dealing with the angry mob in the lobby.
