This is the worse pharmacy I've ever used. The employees in the pharmacy at this location are extremely rude! First of all, most of the times when you call you'll actually get a call center employee who works at some random call center that Walgreens started using to answer calls for them. They're not Walgreens employees and they're not familiar with pharmacy retail at all. Twice in the last 30 days I've called and spoken with a person (turned out to be from the call center not the actual pharmacy) to fill proscriptions and have one transferred from another pharmacy to Walgreens. Both times the call center representative DID NOT do their job. So I've wasted time driving to the pharmacy only to find out that the refill request was never even entered and the transfer request was never processed. Both times the actual pharmacy had ZERO record of any of these requests. When you call the pharmacy and end up getting a call center representative instead the person doesn't tell you that they don't work in the pharmacy. They act like they are in the pharmacy and are processing your request, so you have no idea that it was a call center representative until you get to the pharmacy in person and find out that they've done nothing.
The first time this happened 30 days ago I called and spoke with the store manager and voiced my complaint. Here we are 30 days later and it has happened all over again.
To top off the bad experience I've had dealing with Walgreens' call center, when I stopped today to pick up the refill I called in a couple days ago, the pharmacy employee assisting me in their drive-thru was a complete bh. I can't even say that she was rude because that would be a severe understatement. Once it was established that they never processed my refill, I asked her to write down my prescription number because I was going to transfer my prescription to a different pharmacy because this is the second time in the last 30 days that I've had problems with this pharmacy and I'm not going to deal with them anymore. That's when she started being really rude. So apparently once you tell them you're leaving their business then they feel that it's no longer important to be civil with you. She literally threw her hand up at me and walked away from the drive-thru. A minute later she came back, threw the paper with my prescription number on it into the drive-thru container and almost RAN away from the drive-thru window, as I was started to try to say something to her. She literally was a bh and ran from the drive-thru.
Walgreens, this is how you treat your customers? Have a random call center answer your phone calls, continuously fk everything up, and then when your customer tells you that they're finally sick of dealing with an incompetent business you're going to treat them like st?? Suggestion to you: drop the incompetent call center who know nothing pharmacies or prescriptions, and teach your employees to treat your customers like professionals.
I'm transferring my prescriptions OUT of this pharmacy and I'll NEVER be back to this Walgreens. I'll stick with Publix Pharmacy...
Read moreI used to love this Walgreens, staff is always welcoming but omg..The staff i dealt with today was a nightmare. ..The manager and cashier both go by the name Samantha and were extremely rude and disrespectful. I asked the cashier how was her day & she had an attitude, manner and tone which made me feel extremely unwelcome, which was strange because she seemed friendly to the person in-front of me. I then realized that her displeasure was about my coupons. She blatantly refused to scan more than 1 coupon stating that the rules are to only accept 1 coupon per transaction and further went on to tell me that she knows better as she works at Walgreens and not I. She was so cocky and defiant in her attitude that she not only called the manager but also encouraged her to not accept more than 1 coupon after explaining "her version " of what " 1 coupon per purchase and not more than 4 identical coupons per transaction" means. When the manager realized they didn't have valid reason to argue any further and her cashier was in the wrong, she covered it up saying we will only do it this time and stomped away. After this the cashier refuses to scan the ad for me so i can redeem 5000 points on the transaction even after seeing my total was eligible for the point redemption, insinuating that I'm cheating the system and defying me that it wont go through because its not meant to work on my transaction. After I told her to simply do it only so to prove my point, she does it and then triumptantly smiles at me waving the reciept in my face saying i didnt get the points. When i showed her the difference between bonus points and everyday points, both between which she clearly cant distinguish, she couldnt handle looking foolish and being wrong so she got mad at me saying " I won't be treated like this" and told my friend who was standing behind me that she wont check her out. My friend was quiet throughout the whole ordeal and was dragged into it for just accompanying me. When i asked her for her name, the manager yelled from the back that her name is Samantha and the cashier's name is Samantha as well. "People call us Sammy, Sam..go ahead and complain to Walgreens at 1800.. if you like" . Not only were they obnoxiously ill behaved but also cheeky enough to ask us to complain to Walgreens corporate insinuating that our feedback hold no value to the company and making us feel like under...
Read moreStay away from this place; if they treat people with medications poorly, they are horrible people. It's no wonder why people give this place a 2-star rating. I had looked before I came. Today, I walked in; I have high blood sugar, so I have bad eyesight. I walked in looking for iron plus vitamin C, and it was hard for me to look for small items. I asked a young guy stocking the shelves if he could help me. He went to the vitamin section, but he couldn't find it. I told him I swear I found it on the Walgreens website, which is why I came in. Then he walked away. I pulled out my phone to look for it again on the website to make sure I was in the right store; I knew they had it here. Then I saw a lady( Hispanic with an accent from New York) who works there, in her 30s to 40s, with shoulder-length hair and glasses. I asked her if she could show me where it was located. She told me last aisle on the left so I went back to look for it again. Then it happened that she walked by. I asked her where it was, and she pointed and then yelled at me, "I told you last aisle!" She was very rude. You place items somewhere when your coworker can't find them; how do you expect me to find them?Walgreens is a place for medical needs. You should expect people to come in with medical conditions and having difficulty concentrating while finding things. You are very unprofessional in training staff; that lady should have never been working here, period. You work here to help people and to like your job, not to dislike it and treat people badly. That lady is not suitable to work here at all; she needs to...
