I am extremely disappointed with the care my cat received at this clinic. My cat developed a swollen paw, and my brother took him to see Lindsey Sealey. She suggested X-rays and further testing, but when I declined—explaining that my cat was still walking on the paw—the clinic only provided anti-inflammatory and pain medication. The very next day, my cat’s paw was bleeding from the area that was swollen. I immediately called the clinic to report the worsening condition, and was told by the staff member on the phone to simply put a cone on him and apply heat compresses. When the situation continued to worsen, I requested to bring my cat in again. The response I received was that the doctor would call me. And they can schedule an X-ray. This is unacceptable. The clinic's suggestion that I bring my pet back if the condition worsened was ignored, and no immediate follow-up care or proper response was given when it became clear my cat's situation had escalated. I then sought care from a different clinic, where the issue was promptly diagnosed as an abscess. They cleaned the wound and administered a shot of antibiotics. In contrast, the original clinic did not even offer antibiotics. I made attempts to speak with the office manager about my concerns, but she was never in the office. I am incredibly disappointed by the lack of urgency, care, and communication from this clinic. Due to this experience, I will never return, and I would caution other pet owners about relying on this clinic for serious care.

If you love your pet, STAY AWAY. A couple of weeks ago, it was time for my dog to cross the rainbow bridge. I called East Orlando Animal Hospital to see if they could take a walk in. They were happy to take me, but they told me they would charge me $500 (yes five hundred dollars) just to do the euthanasia
that didn’t include paw prints, ashes, or anything
just $500 to insert a catheter and give 5 shots to kill an animal
unfortunately my other dog passed earlier this year and the Emergency Vet only charged me $80 ON A SUNDAY, so I knew this was ridiculous. I’ve always known EAOH was more expensive than most, if not all, other vets in Orlando, but I never imagined they would be so crass as to try to price gouge me in a very painful moment of my life while my best friend was dying in my arms
 Absolutely disgusting
They are obviously hurting for business and desperate for money as evinced by the tacky feather “we’re open” flags they’ve been illegally putting on the right of way for the last several weeks. Thankfully I was able to say a very tearful goodbye at Lake Underhill Animal Hospital, which is just a a couple minutes west of EAOH on Lake Underhill Road without being taken advantage of desperate “doctors” that want to charge M.D. prices without doing the work required to actually go to human medical school. Attached is a pic of my 15lb dog that they wanted to charge $500 to euthanize

Our family dog wasn't eating well and had lost alot of weight in a short time. He would then get better only to have the same symptoms again. We took him to EOAH to run some tests. They were very careful him and thorough with questioning. My brother had to make the hardest decision of his life to let him go over the Rainbow Bridge. EOAH staff were patient and respectful when we asked for time to say our goodbyes. The doctor and nurse comforted our boy as well which was appreciated. We held him so he knew he wasn't alone. He passed pretty quickly and we were given more time to grieve. We weren't rushed at all. They have a door sign we flipped over to let them know when we were ready during everything. My brother decided on cremation. That service included a choice of urn or box, that included a clay paw print, a generous amount of his hair, seeds for planting as a memorial and a name plate for the box. Our boy's ashes came home within 5 days. We couldn't have asked for anything better. The staff were very patient in explaining tests results, giving as much time as needed with our boy, comfort for him and offered options for end of life decision. Thank you so much for everything. I would highly recommend EOAH.

My family and I went to this vet for close to 7 years. We absolutely loved the doctors and all of the staff here. They were the best and absolutely adored our four fur-babies. We love our animals and were willing to spend the extra money to ensure top quality care. We originally had Dr. Manly for our vet and absolutely adored her. She unfortunately moved back to Michigan but we still continued to stay there. Well something changed as soon as she left. The care provided was no longer top notch and my family and I felt that our dogs were just viewed as money bags. The vet that took over care for our dogs didn't really seem like she even knew what she was talking about and didn't even know much about pomeranians (two out of the four we have are poms). What I also didn't like was when they did the exam and vaccinations, they did it behind closed doors in the back. I found that to be weird. I, for one, want to see what the vets and vet techs are doing to our dogs. Our 15 year old bichon frise, Scooby, suffered an ulcer to the eye and while we had it under control with eye drops...when we dropped him off for boarding, he was fine. When we picked him up, his eye had completely perforated and he needed immediate emergency surgery and the eye ended up being unable to save. We went to a specialist for that. We called them and explained what was going on and they refused to admit anything was wrong or that it happened in their care. We understand mistakes happen and caring for a lot of dogs is a big undertaking. We understand that you can't keep watch over our dogs every minute they are there but at least have the decency to admit your faults. Since they didn't admit their faults and we're costing us a boatload of money, my family and I had had enough and we have sinced moved to a different vet office with incredibly reasonable prices and boarding facility where we are much, much happier and our dogs don't come back to us sick or injured when we...

Where do I even begin? Let's start with their prices, so very high and not worth the money. Now money isn't a issue but I want great service and everything for the money I pay. This place is a rip off!!! Got a new puppy and took him in for some shots a couple days ago and he was happy when I took him in but when they gave him back he was lethargic and in pain. Now I've done this line of work in the past and the lethargy is normal but not the pain and certainly not the swollen arm my puppy had. I mean what the hell did these idiots do? So I called and took him back to vet (mind you spent already a good $200 bucks for shots that should really be less than $100) just for them to tell me that "maybe he had a reaction " to the shots.... now there are 2 things that pissed me the f#$k off. Number 1 was these geniuses already gave my puppy shots before... they gave the OKAY and shots the day i adopted him from Petland in waterford (another side note these guys suck so bad that the adoption agency is no longer doing business with these idiots because of customer complaints and how crappy they are). So back to my experience ....So they should know if he has allergies right????? And Number 2 was these snakes charged $65.00 to give him steroids which i know helps with the inflammation but im thinking to myself why am i paying for their incompetence?? I tryed to have a dialog with the kennel attendant but she was rude and very pushy to the point that she didnt let me explain properly. But thats how this place is, they get you in and take all your money and push you out. This place is horrible and I wont rest until I spread the word of this hellhole on lake underhill to everyone I know and then some to NOT go there. They make your pets worse and even if you pay them, they still F $#ck it up so you come back and spend more. All I can say is if my puppy doesnt get better then im coming back but...

Called to make an appointment for a travel health certificate and was told that I would have to prepay for the service and that it was $79. Showed up to the appointment and was then charged $350 for a travel health certificate, which is outrageous and not at all the industry standard. I brought a filled out copy of all the paperwork which is freely available through the APHIS website and only includes information like microchip ID and rabies vaccine certificate (both of which I also provided), they decided they wanted to fill out their own copy which was alright by me. I can’t believe they have the gall to charge $85 for a mandatory 5 min or less “health check” of my healthy dog who had already had his annual checkup with his vet less than a month ago (of which I also brought documentation). This “health check amounted to taking his temperature, weight, and looked in his ears, five minutes maximum. They then charge $265 for “the legal paperwork” meaning a filling out a free form that is available online and would normally take a reasonable person 15 minutes to complete but they took an entire hour because of several mistakes. I will never step foot in this office again and recommend anyone needing to travel with their pet go to literally any other vet in the city for their certificate.

They’re not even aware of the correct regulations that apply to travel certificates, they told me I couldn’t schedule an appointment more than 10 days out but this is actually not true. Travel health certificates are valid for up to 30 days before travel and have to be endorsed by the USDA within 10 days of travel. To the staff at this hospital please do your research and be significantly more transparent about...
