I'm giving 4 stars, would have given 5 stars but because of a f female employee working the night shift on January 11 , 2019 was to me rude and unprofessional to my husband when he tried to pay for our order with a gift card we received as a Christmas gift from one of or son, wife and grandchildren from out of state, she told my husband when he went to hand the gift card to her to pay for the order, without even attempting to take the card to scan it or even explain to him that there was a problem with the card scanner or maybe the system was done and that she would be an able to scan the gift card, she just told him "It want scan" without giving an explanation why she would not be able to scan it,without any questions my husband pay for the order with cash. He brought the card out to me where I was sitting in our truck and explain what was said when I asked him why he didn't use the gift card. When the order was ready and he went up to the counter to get our order he asked her if he could get a couple of cups of maronating sauce to dip the Pizza in and she told him no because he had already paid for his order and that he should have thought about getting the maronating sauce before he paid for his order. I'm sorry that's just being rude and unprofessional. We have never had a problem before with any of the other employees giving us maronating sauce when we ask for it at the time of us...
Read moreCalled to order a pizza for delivery. I was told to order online. Was never told nor did they advertise it would be delivered by Door Dash. Received a text that my order was left somewhere secure. When the picture uploaded my pizza was left outside one of the three gates that are in my apartment complex. The food was left on the ground in the grass. Absolutely disgusting! When my mother called Little Caesars to ask why our food was left for anyone to grab and on the grass like a dog the manager basically said it wasn't his problem. Refused to help in anyway whatsoever. He said they didn't have drivers and he doesn't control door dash. Refused to give his name which we ended up getting anyways from someone else. VQ Hall ended up telling my mother it wasn't his problem eat the pizza don't eat the pizza he didn't care. Then ended up hanging up the phone? Then when she called back he refused to even come back to the phone. Dont understand how someone in Management basically refuses to do his job which is CUSTOMER SERVICE! Would he want to eat a pizza that was left outside in the grass like a barn yard animal? The company in my opinion needs to reaveluate who they have representing their company. Im utterly disgusted and won't...
Read moreAs a restaurant owner, it deeply troubles me to walk into an establishment where employees are speaking ill of their customers. Unfortunately, I encountered this very situation at a location in Panama City Beach. There, a group of disgruntled employees in the back was disparaging both customers and other restaurants. I was particularly taken aback when I heard them criticize Chick-fil-A and its customers, despite the outwardly friendly demeanor Chick-fil-A employees maintain. This incident occurred at Little Caesars, where the staff in the back were openly talking negatively about the patrons and seemed unconcerned about being overheard by those in the front of the store. If employees dislike their jobs and their customers, it erodes trust. Why would customers feel confident in dining there when they can't even trust the staff to speak respectfully about them? Trust is essential, and without it, patrons have no reason to trust such a place with their food. In protest. I nor my staff will perform any future business with Little Caesar’s on front beach rd. Just myself alone this is substantial because we frequent this location with a large amount of orders for our church retreats....
