This afternoon, Saturday April 20, 2019; the staff at this location were extremely rude and consciously choose to ignore my mother and me when we visited their store. As we walked into the store there were 5 people conversing, at least three of whom were staff members. NO ONE SAID A WORD! They did not even acknowledge that we were there. We had walked through half of the store before one of the staff asked us how we were doing. After I replied that we were fine, she did not ask us what we were interested in seeing or offer to help us or answer any of our questions. We finished walking through the store commenting on the inventory. I admit that the inventory looked nice, but seemed overpriced. When we left NO ONE thanked us for visiting their location or even said “Have a Nice day.” We have visited several other furniture stores recently and this was the ONLY one with pitiful customer service.
