Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Florida

Very terrible snappy manager here, my mother went inside to simply buy two pizzas and some crazy bread. It was 36.11, and for some reason the manager decided to cancel my mom's order even though she asked him to wait so she can take a screenshot showing her transaction went through. He didn't wait for her and let another person put in their stuff, and then had the audacity to tell my mom the transaction didn't go through and she wasn't charged even though she did get charged, the people working here have poor professionalism and I went inside to see what was going on because he was getting mouthy with my mom telling her she was causing problems when all she wanted was a receipt and the food. He told her no and didn't give us the food and so my mom had to sit in the car and call her bank, in which they confirmed that she was charged and she even went inside to tell them and still no food was given to us, horrible experience, please fire the people at 1246 Brandon, especially the manger, he has the worst attitude and...

I have been coming to this Little Caesars for 3 years now and that's because of Casey! She has great customer service skills and makes each individual customer feel appreciated and wanted. She deals with me 4 to 5 days a week and she never disappoints, she treats me with the upmost respect. I get off work 9:30pm and she always takes care of me and makes sure that I am happy with my pizza. I can can not stress it enough that she is what every customer service person should want to be and I work in customer service and I take notes to better my skills because of her. She deserves recognition for a job well done. I want to personally thank Casey for always taking your job seriously and doing the best you can for every single customer that you come into contact with. You truly are a great person and your customer service skills will take you far in life and you will ALWAYS have a customer for life with me. Thanks again...

This location does not even deserve a single star. This Little Caesars franchiseis is short changingits customerson the amount of food you get for your money. . 1) I purchase the Pepperoni ExtraMostBestest. It had no more pepperoni on it than a basic pepperoni pizza. Yet it cost more. 2) They are shorting you on Crazy Bread compared to other locations in Tampa. Standard Crazy Bread is eight pieces,. You get eight pieces that are around three and a half (3.5) inches long. Where as other locations, you get eight pieces that are twice as long/big. They are taking standard Crazy Bread, cutting it in half and passing it off as regular crazy bread and charging you full price. So, between the pizza and the crazy bread, this location is ripping you off on the amount of food you are paying for. I will NEVER do business with this location or any of this franchisee...
