It's always great going there I enjoyed the service I enjoy the food the staff is very pleasant most of all it's family-friendly they are constantly going out of their way to make sure you have everything that you need and they have a wonderful little playground for kids to play on and I wouldn't even call it really a fast food place because the quality of the food and the service that you get what all the great staff that works there that actually come to your table and want to help you whether it's giving you free refills or taking the trash away from your table or asking if you need condiments or straws or napkins making sure your orders or right I have never been there and had an order wrong and I go there probably once a week at least and it is the best chicken place in Tampa and Brandon unless you were talking about barbecue places but other than that there is no competition hands down and I just want to tell you guys keep up the great work I hope that you're definitely open up more Chick-fil-A's and I definitely recommend check all my family and friends and even if you are from around here let's say you come from up north or you coming from out by California or from out of this country if you have the opportunity to stop and eat at one of these wonderful establishments I would say by all means take the time stop by there and you will not regret it that I promise...
ย ย ย Read moreVisited the drive-thru at about 6pm. Yes, I understand that it is one of the busiest times, but they were very unorganized this time. I got food for the family and realized, once I got home, they had neglected to put one of the items in the bag (meaning someone in our house went without their meal). I called and spoke to the "manager on duty". He took my information and said that I had one week to return to the restaurant to claim my missing item. I was not going to return immediately because of the traffic situation in and out of the restaurant. The drive-thru was literally gridlocked because no one was directing vehicles. Cars could not exit after receiving food, causing all vehicles wrapped around the building to be unable to pull forward. Sometimes I go to Chick-fil-A twice in a week and sometimes I don't go for a month. To require a guest to return within a specific time frame to rectify an issue that was caused by an inattentive employee is horrible customer service. I called the corporate number and was told I would be contacted. It has been almost a week and no one has been in touch. I used to applaud Chick-fil-A's customer service, but now I'm realizing that they are no different than any other fast food franchise. Do better...
ย ย ย Read moreChic fil A took the seminar and service manual of good Ole' fashioned CUSTOMER SERVICE. I believe they had more employees staffed, than a Home Depot. I decided to actually go inside today, instead of the drive thru. I noticed no less than 8 people outside working drive thru. There can be 3 times as many drive thru cars as any other fast food restaurant, and your drive through wait is miraculously much less than any of the others. There were runners, taking orders to curbside pick up. Inside they still have courteous employees actually ringing up your order, not self checkout. There was 14 plus people behind the counter, attending registers, drive thru window and cooking etc. They ask you to be seated and bring your food to you. So there were runners inside bringing your food directly to you. There was at least two people constantly wiping down tables and cleaning. Additionally they do all this while graciously attending you and telling you it was THEIR PLEASURE. Other companies should take a page from the Chic fil A playbook, and learn what true customer cultivation is. Yes, people still welcome true human interaction; and if you build it they will come!! Big Thank you to Chic...
