Went there this morning and had a bad experience with the customer service. Everything was going good, their Cafe con Leche is a must try, but when the bill come they charge a bunch of things extra without letting you know. I ate with my partner and between the two of us it was over $40. When they gave us the bill and I added everything, it did not equal the total they were charging me. I spent around $30 including their sneaky charges and they said the total was $36. Towards the end of the process, they basically don’t even give a tip choice. They said do you want to leave 15% or 20% and they charged you regardless of your answer. The funny part is the copy of the receipt doesn’t specify what you spent your money on.
