Aja Food Truck Homestead — Restaurant in Florida

Unfortunately, this was a non-pleasant experience. I've had several Venezuelan spots, and this, by far, has been the worst representation of Venezuelan food. Everything was saturated in oil from being fried. Arepas and Patacons were awful. It was literally dripping grease and had that old fryer oil taste. The burger had a tiny patty, way smaller than the circumference of the bun that tasted like a frozen cheap meat. All the items have the same condiments.. Arepas, patacon, pepito, maicita.. Everything has the exact sauce, toppings, meat, and flavors. This is more of a spot to grab food late at night when you are drunk/high and everything else is closed.

The employees are not too friendly. The truck is parked at a tire shop, with poor ambiance a bad setup, service is slow... I'll...

When they started in Homestead they were excellent, the staff and customer service, the food was very good! I gave them 5 stars in that moment... But right now I have to lower that rating, since the “couple” they have running the business only spends being locked in the food truck doing who knows what, lazing around, making fun of people in their face (yes they laugh at your face), making you wait 1 hour to give you your food, opening at 7 at night (when the schedule says it is at 6 in the afternoon), treating customers badly and very RUDE, doing things in a bad way as if one were asking for free food. Personally, as a customer, I do not recommend anyone return until they remove this “couple” of incompetent, bad people and good-for-nothings who have no idea what “CUSTOMER SERVICE” means. Here I leave proof that at the time I rated them 5 stars because they were very good… It's a shame they are no longer that way just for 2 idiots who don't know how to serve and treat people!!!

Cuando comenzaron en Homestead eran excelentes, el personal y el servicio al cliente era muy bueno al igual que la comida y en su momento les di 5 estrellas… Pero ahora mismo debo bajar esa calificación, ya que la parejita que tienen atendiendo el negocio solo se dedica a estar encerrados en el food truck haciendo quién sabe qué, vaguear, burlarse de la gente en su propia cara (si se ríen de la gente), hacerte esperar 1 hora para darte tu comida, abrir a las 7 de la noche (cuando el horario dice que es a las 6 de la tarde), tratar de mala forma a los clientes, hacer las cosas de mala forma como que si uno estuviera pidiendo las cosas regaladas. Personalmente como cliente no recomiendo a nadie volver hasta que quiten a esta pareja de incompetentes, malas personas y buenos para nada que no tienen ni idea del significado de “SERVICIO AL CLIENTE” acá dejo evidencia que en su momento los califiqué con 5 estrellas porque eran muy buenos, es una lástima que ya no lo sean solo por 2 idiotas que no saben cómo tratar a...

Absolutely love their food! Been here a dozen times with groups of friends. Always treated with great service including today until I was presented a misleading question. When having to pay for my meal she flipped the tablet around in order for me to pay and asked to choose one of the faces. My partner and I thinking it was to review the place (which we are very happy with), to which I was mislead to choose a tip to leave for the worker. Had it been approached differently I wouldn’t have an issue with it but with these practices to guilt us into tipping is a low ball move.
