A guy named Roger, Manager, told me I could not park by $750 bycycle inside the door. Funny how I haven't been told this before in all this time, 6 months coming to Burger King. When I asked him why all of a sudden his reply was that it could hurt someone. That is absurd as tbe area where it was is far removed from the entranceway. This guy has hurt this locations business since he arrived. He is not a nice person and people i know have commented on him and quit dinning at this location. He had the audacity to tell me I needed to get a lock for it. Six months ago I had another bike stolen from this location which was locked right outside the front doors. I will not have that happen again. As an added comment, he loves to mop the dinning area with dirty smelly mop water and on a previous visit I mentioned to him that the mop water was smelling horrible, he had no response. I will say he did not tell me to move my bycycle outside then, so it is rather a personal, as also with others I know which I previously mentioned. Read moreHonestly i don’t think customers really understand that despite poor management this store is also one of the busiest stores and still complain about it you wouldn’t want to go to naranjas bk or the one in florida city so where do you go to the one here on us1 but still have the audacity to say that the employees take forever to give you your food or that the line is too long rather then appreciate the employees for working hard even when the managers are yelling and telling them to hurry up while making the food. I’ve seen so many customers who get impatient with the employees as if their life depends on getting a whopper half of time if not most of the time the food is fresh but yet you’ll still hear customers complaining especially about the prices as if the employees have control of that. So the next time you go to this burger king be thankful they put up with some of the stupidity of customers that come into the store cause even i’ve noticed how much people don’t common sense...
Read moreThere was no mayonnaise. I was upset after waiting over 30 minutes for them to tell me there was no mayonnaise. So I asked the kid (employee) how is it there is no mayonnaise? He gave me an attitude. Then I asked to put it in a cup from the back. I also asked for marinara sauce since I had asked through the speaker already. He said all you had to do was ask with an attitude. When he brought me the marinara sauce he slammed my hand with the sauce packages.
I asked for a manager but I am unaware if that was really the manager who came to the window.
I have never been humiliated so much for purchasing something. The kid also called me a little girl and the whole time the suppose manager was talking to me he was laughing...
