I had a horrible Uhaul experience at this location. When I went in to pick up my rental the location stated they couldn’t return the trucks they received back into their system because the local account servicer wouldn’t answer their calls and the system was down. I waited over an hour and half there in which I had to call customer service and the 2 employees there ended up telling me to take the truck and they would manually return its previous ended contract. I realized they hadn’t inspected the truck and brought it to their attention and they stated I shouldn’t have any issues.

Upon the my return, they stated they still didn’t have system and just accepted my key and didn’t even look at the truck. I complained that the truck had cigarette buds and an awful smell and they just stated they would note it.

Now, I’m being charged for miles used by the previous rental as they never checked it to return it properly. Resulting in my uhaul account being locked and being treated poorly when trying to rent at another location for my next project. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this nightmare to anyone! Horrible experience. A specific negotiated price was discussed. When confirming delivery, someone scratched out a mattress on the reciept stating it was an error and could guarantee it was the same on my reciept. As discussed, it was part of our deal and it was not crossed out on my receipt. Upon arrival, the wrong items were delivered. Manny, the owner, stated he would exchange the mattresses, had me go in 2 weeks later to see the quality of another exchange and stated he would change them. Yet, appoaching 1 month, i still have not recieved my couches and now they refuse to exchange the mattresses. No replys to texts and the run around when i call. Regret doing business with them. Had to now despute with the finance company, which takes 60 days and i have hard mattress which i paid extra for pillowtop comfort and have no couches. I know its family owed but when you do business woth the public, you must maintain professionalism.

This is not a fraudulent account. Shame on you and your family for stealing from people within your community. All of these positive reviews are paid customers. All of the so called accounts only have 1 or 2...

Purchase a couch and a bunkbed from this company. Products are both affordable and great quality. The young women and men of this company and allowed us to feel at home in purchasing furniture. They didn’t make us feel like they just wanted our money or our wallets. The individuals running the store are very friendly and kind. And they are willing to help you out in anyway possible. I drove around to four different stores looking for furniture and they have what I need and then more. They helped us fine what was great for me and my family and my home. Along with a tight budget.
