Loutina's Pizza — Restaurant in Florida

The owner Tina told me to write this review as she did not care I was upset or had an allergic reaction to the green peppers put on my pizza after requesting them 'NOT" to be put on it. I called and spoke with her over two years ago she gave ma a credit not willingly though that should have been my sign! I still ordered unfortunately it's always hit or miss with this place to many young kids workimg, but hey you train them with that NASTY attitude and not willing to accept when these employee's mess up! TINA should not be in bussiness! Your way to conpfortable being rude and slacking when someone who is allergic to something! Then again I ordered an antipasto recently and what happened green peppers were boldly on it I caught it right in front of Tina and she just grabbed the salad and then proceeded to talk abut me to the staff, why? Because your unprofessional and disrespectful.My health is most important I should not call ahead to order, pay wiith my hard earned money and then have an allergic reaction because of incompetent ppl. Oh and the best part Tina had the audacity to tell me not to order from other phone numbers mind you I have referred her business to friends that visited, but hey she is definitely not thankful after I gave her chances and opportunities to make things right and here she is being the persons she truly is actions are everything, I will never refer again, order at your own risk! Ordered from here today for the first time. Excellent pizza. The crust was crisp and not dripping oil. The delivery person ( did not get his name) was very polite and professional .

Pizza can be a hit or miss but for my first order, Loutina's is a hit.

Ordered today 12/27/2020 . 7:10 pm order was placed, 9:07 pm order arrived cold. ( was given 1 hour wait time ) I am done.

Update 3/17/2021. Went in person today ( first time ) didn't want to chance delivery. Ordered 2 cheeseburgers ( 1 for me and Mum =). The burgers were simply awesome ( good size as well ) and the fries were crispy and not soggy like some other places (I'm looking at you Nino's )

Place was very clean and the staff very nice . I will be coming back.

4/16/2021 Tried the chicken wings with mild sauce and a grilled chicken Caesar salad both were excellent . Now keep in mind people this is a very busy place ( food is that good) and from what I understand they are also short staffed at the moment. Be patient please

I want to add in, the delivery girl was the nicest person I ever met.

7/18/2021 Had a Stromboli yesterday and today .Both were excellent and huge . The dough has such a nice crisp and the inside was perfect with oozing cheese, pepperoni and all the good stuff.

WOW!!! I' m Not One To Complain, I Love our Community, but I'm concerned about it getting worse. And when I've been a customer for several years, at alot of the local businesses. And had several issues over the years at Loutinos Pizzaa. And blowing it off/ letting it slide. And then we get another order wrong. I call, and told very unproffesionaIy I ordered the wrong thing? Off there Menu Online, it gets me upset/ mad/ curious? There paper Menu doesn't have an ingredient description, so I googled the Menu . It had the ingredients I wanted for my Wife, and ordered Veggie pizza, Minus ,mushrooms, but add pepperoni. I was told I was on the wrong Website/ menu. Google/? I DON'T KNOW, VERY UPSETTING, FALSE ADVERTISING, ROOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I'm not a find -a-website kinda a Guy, Its just very disappointing. And I don't feel comfortable ordering from them anymore. Very , Very Sad - TINA, if your really the owner, I briefly spoke too. I asked for a menu if it had better descriptions. And was told I should know to ask what's actually on your pizza etc.??☹ I know you obliviously could care a less about my wife and I.
