I ordered a large half cheese and half pepperoni and bacon pizza last night. The pic below is the pizza I was delivered. I called and told the manager that my pizza came to me all shifted like it came out of a Daytona 500 race car after a race. He told me that he can’t control the physics of driving. Umm WHAT?! I live less than 2 miles away from this location and have ordered numerous times before and never had this issue or such a rude staff. Then he said have a good evening and hung up on me. So, I brought the pizza back to the store and the manager continued to argue with me (in front of other customers) and after expressing how unacceptable the delivery was as well as himself he told me he was refusing me service and that if I didn’t leave he would call the cops. I was extremely mad about this and I argued back and ultimately made him give me the cancelled or refund receipt. I never leave reviews but this one deserved it and if there was anything LESS than 1 star I would have selected that option!

I’ve always thought this location wasn’t as good as the one we had in Westchase when we lived there, but still, we believed in the brand. But now, no more. Ordered at 3pm for delivery at 7:30pm. Got home from our baseball game with 6 boys for my sons birthday party, and order said in prep… called, rude staff told me should be to me in 15 minutes. 20 minutes later called again. More rude staff. Said it will be when they have a driver come back. 30 minutes later. Finally around 8:20 have burned pizza delivered. Called again; the offered to remake. No thank you with 6 hungry teenaged boys. No apologies, nothing. Won’t order from this location ever again. No thank you. Looks like they cooked it, and ran it through the oven a second time to make sure it was hot upon delivery. Oh and I filled out the corporate survey via email with zero response. Very poor customer service on the whole.

I always get my pizza at Marcos. Recently ordered on there app a deluxe and a pepperoni bacon pizza. I received 2 pepperoni bacon pizzas. Called to see what we could do. Said they could send another driver out with the right pizza. I said no it was already dinner time and everyone was eating. Maybe I could get a coupon or anything. They said no couldn't do that unless it was really bad mistake. Wrong pizza seems pretty bad. Still think Marcos has the best pizza wish customer service was better.

The staff and the pizza are great. Just don’t try to use their website to order. It took over twenty (20) minutes and finally I had to switch browsers to order pizza. Then it forgot which location I had set as my favorite, even though I have an account , and defaulted to a store that was miles away, whose street name is almost identical to my favorite, Northdale vs North Dale Mabry.

Even newer information: I’m adding another star just because the pizza is great. If you don’t use Safari the website seems to work well. I had to use Firefox and now I use the app. The pizza is tasty either way. They were about 15 minutes this late last time but they were very apologetic and nice about it. They seemed short staffed and I don’t think it was the fault of the staff that were working that night. They are very busy on Tuesday and there were four people waiting in the store for pickup plus a couple of delivery people walking in and out all the time. The people in my group love the pizza and I don’t think I could change vendors at this point if I wanted. We used to order from another chain and the quality was inconsistent.

New information: Ironically, that website doesn't allow me to complete my survey on my iPhone. I'll try it on my Mac. I like the pizza it's tasty. We buy it for our study group and they absolutely love the pizza. I like the people at my store, on N. Dale Mabry, they're wonderful. Please make your website just fractionally as good as your pizza and your service, at least good enough for me to use it to order pizza. I'll still order the pizza even if I have to phone it in. BUYER BEWARE! I would give zero stars if I could. Placed an order close to $70 online and then kept an eye on the meal tracker. Meal tracker showed that our pizza was delivered, however was not, so I thought it made it to the wrong house. I called and was advised that the driver was actually still enroute and would be there soon. I thanked him and waited another 15 minutes. I called back to go ahead and try to get an ETA or cancel my order and was told that he (Michael, the manager) that he already told me that the website tracker was never accurate. He was rude when he spoke almost put off that I would call and question. I advised that I would have no way to know that the THEIR website pizza tracker was not accurate and did not know what the ETA is. Michael was even ruder in his rebuttal, and I simply asked to get my money back. He let the driver know to turn around and that he voided the order. He advised that my $70 transaction will now be a store credit and hung up on me. When I called back to see how the store credit works, he advised that he was Michael the manager and to NEVER call that store again. I called another Marco's pizza to see how the in-store credit works and they advised that they are franchised and that I would probably not see my credit as I have been told to not call the store again. I have filed a dispute with my bank. Please consider ANY OTHER pizza place if you don't want to have to contact Marco's corporate and dispute...

I decided to give Marco's a second try yesterday, Saturday, 4/25/2000. I went to pick it up. Wasn't quite ready. Not a problem. Marco's have been running a lot of ads indicating that they were taking SPECIAL precautions regarding the Pandemic. NO TOUCH, ETC. Noticed NO employees wore gloves or face shields of any sort. Close contact in the kitchen. Taking cash and returning to the kitchen without washing their hands. It scared me but I said NOTHING. Customers came in with masks and gloves. I paid for and accepted the Pizza. Wasn't sure If I wanted to take it home. I decided to dump it in the trash and we had PB and J sandwiches for dinner. Probably a good decision. All employees I saw were young, probably under 25. Perhaps teens. They just don't think about health protocal without adult supervision. Disappointed. I'll stick to home cooking until this is over.

Their ads promote Pizza was good. I ordered it at the location. Was ready in 10 minutes. Was surprised that the clerk told me I would be charged an add on fee when I asked if they could add pepperoni. This was in addition to the charge for the pepperoni. It was not in the oven yet. Too many pizza choices to act...
