McDonald's — Restaurant in Florida

The line at 11pm took 15 mins just to get to order (and there were only a few cars in line). I ordered 4 fruit and yogurt parfaits and she said "we actually have exactly 4 left sitting right here in a carrier waiting for you." Weird, but anyway, I get these all the time to stock up on and always have the $4.28 in hand ahead of time, bc it's on all McDonalds dollar menu. I get up there and the girls says "that will be $5.96." I said, how is that possible, I get them all the time, did you take them off the dollar menu, and all she said is an annoyed "I guess." Then when I asked for the reciept to understand, she looked all put out and said she'd have to walk to the back to get it and they're too busy! Now i know it's not alot of money extra that they took me for, but it irked me (especially now that I think someone had ordered them before me, obviously with something else to make it that price, and then decided not to get them and they had been sitting there).. THEN I get home and they looked like they had run out of yogurt, bc the cups were 90% strawberries with a tiny bit of yogurt on top. And the yogurt looked a little funny like had been separating, but I figured it was just from the massive amount of strawberry juice. Tasted a little different too, but not bad to where I didn't eat one before bed. Woke up an hour later vomitting!!!! Stomach retched until nothing left and still dry heaved. Laid down in fetal position sweating and cramping. Obviously threw out the other 3 before anyone else in the family could get food poisoning! Still laying awake now in the middle of the night with stomach pains and neausea. Last time ilI be getting those, and I had been addicted to them from the other McDonalds for months! Ughhhh... Be careful and look at the yogurt before you drive away... And if they don't feel pretty cold, give them back! Hopefully this food poisoning will just run its course and I won't have to go to the doctor in the morning... I feel like...

This is the worst Mc Donald’s in the area, I live in Loxahatchee so I’m stuck with this place. Every single time I order food, there’s missing items in the bag and the first three times I arrived home with the order incomplete, missing fries and even burgers for my family to eat. It is a terrible inconvenience considering I’m 15 min away and the food by when I get home is already getting cold to even think of going back to pick up what they messed up. Since then, I always check the bag when I receive an order just to confirm that the service is still awful and they’re still delivering incomplete orders. They don’t pay attention to your request, I tried to order through the app, it took them 40 min to deliver the order after I arrived. I ask for mayo, they always, and I mean it, every single time they forget the mayo. Absolutely awful service. Once, I decided to go to the restroom while I was waiting on my order, the restroom was the most gross thing I’ve ever walked into. Poop mixed with water all over the floor, the guy was trying to clean that up with a mop, that’s so unconsidered to the guy that had the bad luck of being scheduled for that day! And I’m talking about the Wellington McDonalds, one of the nicest neighborhoods in the area! Store manager NEEDS TO FIX THIS ASAP!...
