was given cookies first, and they were old. I let the drive thru worker know that I did not want old cookies and that I would like mine freshly baked. Mind you, I haven't had to ask this of any other mcdonalds in the tri County area. He took them back and handed me my burgers and tea. While I pulled up in the drive thru a few feet forward to position/spot #1, my child and I had time to eat all of our food and drink our drink. I saw no worker in sight so I went inside to get more tea , sense I was already waiting. Five active workers and 1 incoming worker walked past and looked me dead in the eyes and said NOTHING. I continued to wait. Eventually when the workers cleared their screen, they asked each other why I was there. The one young lady said "oh I don't know what's going on". It's a store! U provide customer service. Your lobby hours posted on the door say 24 hours , in case you all had forgotten. I was never greeted or anything. An older black male who had already looked me square in the face twice came around the corner and asked of he could help me. Um, ya think? Is it rocket science that customers come in? I asked him fir a refill to which he looked, paused and then asked "um are you from drive thru?" I responded yes and he told me no refills from drive thru. I told him that they have had me sitting outside waiting, I wouldn't need one had I received my food. I don't appreciate the lack of customer service. I know it's mcdonalds, but you all truly have the worst customer service out of any mcdonalds I've experienced in the past 10 years. Truly. And I am a server myself. It was unreal. A qualm about a SWEET TEA REFILL? A full grown adult? And I felt like he was management. I'll be leaving a review as well. I feel like I was treated as if I would not be speaking up. Mind you, I've pulled over to the chevron to do so. I'm disgusted. Great work starts with the leadership. You all...
Read moreI’m visiting from Texas 7/8/2023. I like the new McDonalds stores here in Stuart but two things have happened at McDonalds over the last 3 days that has bothered me. First morning here I pull into the McDonalds and ask for a large prepared coffee and two hash browns. The guy goes “I don’t know what a prepared coffee is”. I tell him you prepare it with five creams and five Splenda and I’ll drink it. I pay pull forward and at the 2nd window I receive a small bag containing my hash browns and a large brown cup of coffee. I pull through before checking my coffee and hash browns. There was traffic behind me so I felt pressured to pull through. When I pulled out into HWY 1 southbound I sipped my coffee (black) no cream no Splenda. Damn I was screwed. I proceeded to another McDonalds on the kenner highway and ordered another coffee for my wife. This time I ordered 10 creams and 5 Splenda on the side.
Yesterday my wife and I were headed to Melbourne from Stuart. I pulled into the McDonalds at Kenner HWY and I-95. I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese , large fry and Coke Zero. I paid and pulled forward to the 2nd window. The young guy hands me my drink and says “what else did you order?” I said QP and fries with extra salt. He hands me a bag. I pull forward and make a right to get on the I-95 northbound. I began eating my fries. No extra salt. I finish several bits and grab my drink. NO ICE. Damn screwed again. I’m sorry but I’m on a week’s visit from Texas. I don’t think I’m visiting McDonalds here again. The stores look nice but the drive through...
Read moreI frequently stop by this McDonald's on Tuesday nights after work to grab a snack for my ride home on I-95. I did so last night and had a terrible experience at the drive through. I ordered a special burger with extra ketchup and extra pickles and a drink. As I pulled out, I realized that I had not been given my change by the young lady at the window. It was not worth turning around because I was already headed to the interstate. Then, I opened my burger to find that they had NOT given me what I ordered at all. Instead of extra pickles and extra ketchup, the special order ticket read NO PICKLES, NO RED ONIONS. What? Furthermore, there was not even a napkin in there bag. There were no other customers in the store, no other cars at the drive through and there is no excuse for such poor service. I DID notice, while waiting for my order, that the teenage staff were ALL on their phones, checking messages or texts surfing the web or whatever. I started to ignore this, then I realized that if these were MY employees, I would want to know that they are not doing they job for which they are being paid. This was not the first time I have had poor service from this particular McDonald's, but this was the worst of them. The teenaged staff screwed up absolutely every part of my order. That is simply...
