We came in today, the three of us, after work working 12 hours today at our jobs, to get some dinner before heading home and going to sleep. We came in, ordered, then used the Stealz app to get a McFlurry. April, the kitchen manager, was handed the phone to get the McFlurry coupon, handed the phone back to us and waited for the timer to go out. So we are explaining about the timer and she is just standing there. Looking at us and smiling. We are proent and just explaining that the timer went out after all this time when she SAW it. So Wanda comes over and tells us there's nothing she can do. April tells me to pull it back up and we explain yet again the timer went out and that we can't pull it up. April denies seeing it but when you pull it up on cameras, you'll be able to see we showed it to her and she handed it back! Then April and Wanda said they aren't giving us the McFlurry because there's no way to ring it up without seeing the coupon and a barcode. Wanda at this point starting yelling about a barcode and I said "there is NO barcode. It goes off a timer." After a few minutes of back and forth she finally AGREES that there is no barcode and there was a timer. Finally. After that, they told us they were NOT going to ring it up still and April continued to be rude to us. So after I got done and was waiting for my food of just a snack wrap, three other customers were served who came in after me. I'm standing here as April is in the back laughing with crew about the experience!!
Is anyone going to do anything about April? This is the first time I've been back in 7 months because April gave us the worst customer experience and today is an almost exact repeat. With this, even her employees are talking bad about her, to customers, at...
Read moreVery disappointed in this location it's been the second time my fiance went there to get his breakfast and was not comfortable at all. That's where he go get his breakfast almost every morning, and one day this "new girl" was hitting on him and he told the manager and the manager dealt with her. Then it was ok. One day we drove there to get breakfast, and he point her out to me but I didn't pay much attention to her. Then if I'm not mistaken this week Sunday the 7 of May. she did it again!!! Calling him HONEY BUNNY reading out his recite to him like she was reciting a poem or something, And he told me as soon as he came thru the door he said and I quote " hunny your remember the girl i told you about at McDonald's? " i said yes what about her he said she did it again and he is so UNCOMFORTABLE! He never had to go thru that before and from this young lady came there this is what's been happening i don't know what is that young lady's problem, but she needs to stop. No one should feel uncomfortable or being harassed at one of their favorite fast food restaurant by any employee, it's unfair mc donalds is ok the breakfast is good, but some of the employees need to be professional in their jobs. Once someone says I a have a girlfriend, a fiance, a wife, boyfriend husband etc. LEAVE IT AT THAT. You are gonna tell him that his girlfriend don't needs to know? Well too bad he tells me everything 🙄. He is afraid to go and get breakfast now because he doesn't know when the lady is gonna be at the drive thru again. He is a very decent man and he is not gonna tell her off or anything he will just complain to me about it. Young lady who ever you are you need to STOP!!!. PERIODT! It's very DISTURBING...
Read moreI purchased food and drinks at McDonalds yesterday (08/01/19) through the drive thru. We left the location before we drank or ate anything. The drinks were a bit watered down. It was obvious that the syrup was probably running low in the machine. We returned and went inside to refill our drinks from the fountain. I proceeded to make another purchase and I had my sons go refill their drinks in the meantime. When I was done placing my order, I went to meet with my sons at the machine and I was in the process of refilling my own drink when the cashier called out to me and asked me to come see him when I was done. I went to the counter and was advised that I had to pay for my drinks as I did not pay for the cup at their location. I explained what occurred. He told a lady that I assumed to be the manager and she told him that I still had to pay for my drinks. I paid without dispute. The cashier was extremely apologetic and told me that he never knew that anyone would have to pay for refills. I was embarrassed. It was three drinks that totaled to only $3.21, tax included. I saw it all as very unnecessary and extremely immature. Everyone in the restaurant kept looking at me. If I dined in, I could refill without an issue. I have no idea why I would be treated this way for a drink that was purchased through the drive thru. I am a single mother of 6, so my children are always asking for McDonalds. I drive all day for work and McDonalds is my go to restaurant when on the go. At this point, I may have to reconsider where I purchase my food and to whom I give my business when in Panama City. It was extremely upsetting and...
