McDonald's — Restaurant in Florida

Do not go when you have other options around you. WENDYS is so much cleaner ! Here were the disturbing issues we had going here: It took 15 minutes to recieve our order with many people in front of me waiting just as long and people ordered after me still waiting as I left. We order to chicken deluxe meals and 2 6 pc nuggets with fries and drinks No one gave us our drinks, I had to ask for my cups. As did everyone else recieving orders. No one greeted us in any way. We were all standing there watching the huge state of confusion and no one said we'll be right with you or anything. The lobby was a disaster, overflowing garbage cans, drink station with no straws or napkins. The runner girl, blond, no gloves on ate fresh fries out of where they put the fry orders together. After telling a man his large fries would be right up. She never ended up giving them to him but had a few fresh fries for herself thinking no one could see her. Fried chickens sitting over the fryer done being cooked but just sitting there from when I started watching them work after I ordered to when I got my order and left with it 15 minutes later. My chicken was burned and not fresh, neither was any of the rest of the food my family ate. For that wait you'd think we'd have at least warm food.

Mixed emotions about this review some things could have been handled differently. Tried to go through the drive-thru but nobody was able to do that so drove up to the window. Then was told to either go back through the drive-thru again or to come inside to order. I decided to go in and when I walked into the lobby and this is what I saw. They were short staffed and it was half an hour or so before they closed and Only had 3 ppl working the person in charge told the others to clock out. They weren't closed yet still making orders and nothing was cleaned yet. So idk if they had to work off the clock or not. This is not a bad review on the staff this is a bad review on their management and or supervisors all the way up the ladder to corporate. The staff and manager / supervisor on duty that night never quit and work the best they could granted the lobby should have been closed if it looks that bad and you're not able to clean us due to short staff circumstances should have closed the lobby could have kept the drive-thru still going I seen one kid at Burger King across the street from the whole thing by himself once he took our order he turned off the lights made our order once we were done he flipped the lights back on which in my opinion was a very smart thing to do employees really do need to make more money I know minimum wage just went up but it's...

I come to this location about once or twice a week and the night manager i believe is ethier stephanie or tiffany is there every time i come and she is the absolute best! She always goes above and beyond to make sure our experience is awesome. Yesterday i had used the kiosk and forgot to remove the onions from my sandwiches and even though the manager was busy getting orders bagged for tge full lobby of customers and a busy drive way of cars she quickly saw me trying to get anyone attention and she quickly told the sandwhich maker to make sure not to put onions on my order and to wrap it inside out and hand to her directly. My fries were so fresh you could still see oil which is exactly how i like them. My sauces and ketchup and napkins were in the bag and even though i waited a little bit longer than normal for a sunday it was definitely worth the wait! You can tell the employees work well with thier manager and they all communicated well and seemed cool headed even though it was extremely busy and there were some pretty rude customers that were expecting thier order within 2 mins of ordering when there was clearly several people ahead of them. I feel the team and manager on sunday deserved a deserved compliment and Recognition for...
