Update: I rate this a NO STARS! Service is horrible. Came in drive through and ordered a big breakfast with hotcakes and a bacon egg and cheese biscuit meal. We were in line a total of 10 minutes waiting on the line to move forward. Cashier was friendly older lady, she did fine. Now we have made it to the pickup window. We sit here for a good 8 minutes and finally the skinny dark haired girl who is a manager opens up the window and says...do you have order blah blah and I said yes. She shuts the window. 5 more minutes goes by and she reopens the window hands me the mocha frappe and shake and says she has to park us and to go to #2 parking spot. I am already hot miserable and upset I've already waited this long...but do as she asks with no attitude. 4 total cars were parked after we were...one by one they all leave.. after another 10 minutes and all after me have cleared, we ask a lady in the parking lot delivering food to the next order after those. She shuts me right up and say rudely...hold on I'm handling them first. At this point I said forget this just get our money back. He walks in explains to the manager who parked us, young skinny dark haired girl, says to him that they were waiting on the eggs to cook. Let's go back and add up the times here....come on there is nothing in any restaurant that takes that long to cook, especially not eggs..so as she's handing him our money back with an attitude she says....NEXT TIME ILL BE SURE THAT YOURE TOP PRIORITY and giggles. Then she gives him too much money back and he has to give her the money back and she tells him no its OK you keep it. He said no I am just taking the money I paid back no extra and you need to be re trained in customer service and restaurant management! We left and will not be returning. This place is bad and just getting worse and worse each visit and this was the last straw. Many people are complaining about their service and food. It's just ridiculous to think this McDonalds restaurant does not have to hold to the McDonalds standards as all the rest do. I know it's franchised but corporate needs to check this one. What ever happen to drive thru times people?? My goodness I'm sure most on the face of the planet started working at McDonalds as a teen and we had times we had to keep...it's all lost at this store...CORPORATE PLEASE HELP...WE NEED OUR GOOD...
Read moreI'm realistic that McDonald's isn't a 4 star dining experience but today was absolutely disgusting I went through the drivethru and ordered a mcdouble (no onions) a double cheeseburger and 2 medium fries. I was about floored by the $14 bill...but, ok everyone's prices have gone up. If the food had been even slightly edible I'd have dealt with it, but in the end I wouldn't even feed this to my dogs. The mcdouble that was to be specially made was still frozen in the middle of one of the patties, but the edges were burnt, the double was equally disgusting but contained a lot more grease. Both burgers looked so tiny and mistreated and tasted like several day old grease.The medium fries were only filled to the size of a small and were so cold and greasy, that even that seemed like way too much, also they were white(??) I thought they were to be golden like the arches? All in all everything went into the trash. I had stopped going to this store a long time ago but I thought it was time to give it another chance. Read moreStaff is always friendly. The store is probably clean, I dunno, I don't go in...blame Covid. I've never had a wrong item or an item forgotten. I've also never once seen a clown at this location, so I'm lovin' it...
It's not this locations fault, but the McDonald's app is tricky in general. It's bloated with menu items and too much info on the home screen and things like selecting a value meal vs just a sandwich isn't a straight forward and clear process. I'm just picky because I'm a graphic designer and UX designer, but if my father had to use this app, I doubt he'd make it out alive.
I also wasn't able to select a time to pick up a large order. I wanted to order an few hours ahead as to not overwhelm or stress the staff, but was never given the option. My order wasn't finalized and began until I had arrived at the location which did the complete opposite of what I was attempting to help the staff and have less wait time for myself. I may possibly need a "McDonald's Account" to order ahead and pick a time, however, I didn't want to be in the app long enough to find out.
