This place has gotten so bad from customer service to just being so slow and having so much confusion during their busy times. Reflects personally on the management that runs this facility (Michelle) example: Today ordered 3 eggs, 3 sausages, 1 hash brown and 3 coffees. Window gave us 2 coffees and said pull to the #01 spot. Waited 5 min. Had a runner come to my car twice with someone else's food both times. Then after a few more mistakes ask me what I ordered. And she was nice and said she would get it right out to us. Then about a 2 min. Later I went in and met her coming out. I said are you sure you got everything? She said yes. I got to my car once again and sure enough , no hash brown. Understandable. I went back in (20 min mind you) then I waited some more trying to get any bodies attention. But the same girl who brought my food out knew I was upset so she avoided me, then I ask someone else for the hash brown. And he said we just dropped them and it's going to be 4 to 5 min. I'm pissed now. Finally I see them come up and sitting on the rack for at least 2 more minutes as nobody is trying to make eye contact with me until I blew up. And ask for a manager and she ask what's going on? I let her know that this place is a joke lately and it's been 25 to 30 min. Just for my food through the drive thru.. And I still do not have my hash brown. And I just needed to know a name who is running this place. As someone else gave me my hash brown and said I gave you two. Sorry.

We ordered a Quarter Pounder meal (plain) for my husband, a snack wrap with no ranch and BBQ on the side (because they said they can’t put BBQ on it themselves), a cheeseburger kids meal with no onions due to an onion allergy for my son, and a chicken nuggets kids meal for my daughter.
First, the snack wrap was sad—barely any lettuce, barely any cheese. It was basically just a chicken strip in a tortilla. For how much they charge for one, you’d expect more than that. When I went inside to ask for BBQ and more lettuce, the employee told me, “That’s how it’s supposed to come.” If that’s true, then they seriously need to reconsider the portion. It felt like they were just being cheap, not low on ingredients.
I also told her the cheeseburger came with onions, even though we specifically said no onions due to an allergy. Her response? “I don’t remember you asking for no onions.” There’s usually a reason someone asks for something to be left off—especially when it’s an allergy. She did remake the burger once she saw the receipt, but honestly, she should’ve just apologized instead of brushing it off.

They’re extremely rude, they all act like they don’t want any business late night, I’ve tried to eat here several different night shifts months apart and it’s the same story every time, extremely long waits, rude employees who would rather do nothing than serve you, incorrect food, and just a general lack of care or concern for their late night business. Tonight the customer in front of me peeled out of the lot after waiting 3 minutes for someone to come to the mic to take his order, last night they “could only sell drinks” because of maintenance. The culture for the late night at this store needs a facelift, whoever is in charge of staffing/ managing the late night crew needs to be reprimanded. The owners of this McDonald’s are losing money every single night until their culture changes. This will be my last visit, there are so many other McDonald’s in the area open 24/7 that I can’t justify my business here anymore.
