McDonald's — Restaurant in Florida

Ok So, The order was small so not hard. So I asked for A four piece mcnugget and a cup of water, not a bottled water. Menu price 1.59 asked if they had any specials. They said either 2 m double or spicey chicken comes with fries for 3 bucks. So I said since it's 2 sandwiches 1 mcdouble, and 1 chicken. So I reiterated so I get 2 sandwiches and small fries for 3 bucks ?she confirmed. So 1.59 and .50 for the cup of water, and 3 for the special . No I'm not a mathematician but three and two make five anywhere I go so I'm expecting 5 $50.50 in that neighborhood and of course I'm expecting what I ordered. Here's where it gets interestingSo we get to the window I hand the debit card to her. Now I know the exact dollar amount that's on the card because as you can see by my order I'm on a very low budget. There was exactly $10 .31 on the card left over from the fuel station that we were at prior to McDonald's. So the woman hands me a bag with a McDouble a McChicken and two small fries. So I try to get her attention and she wouldn't even look at us make any kind of eye contact to ask if we wanted anything else, etc. when I finally did get her attention and made eye contact and waged her down I asked her where my four piece was as the four piece was the very first thing I ordered and I remember specifically the woman repeating herself because I had asked for a lot of extra ranch as much as she could and she said she could only give 2 ranch sauces otherwise we'd have to pay more for more ranch. Well for a little nuggets two things of ranch that sound like plenty . So I let her know that they gave me one fry too many as well. She started arguing immediately. No I haven't even had a chance to say anything other than we seem to be missing our four-piece nugget the ranch we talked about and I have one french fry too many in my bag I could barely get anything out when she started yelling at me I mean I'm talking profusely this wasn't a little small irritated worker this was a very young and experienced person with a bad attitude that didn't know how to do her job. Well I'm not going to say it is definitely from these young fast food workers getting a big head because they think they are essential workers. Really didn't want to go there but since I mentioned it they work at McDonald's maybe a little above a minimum wage at best and essential workers? If it's essential for us to eat McDonald's every night this countries and worship that I thought God bless it. So after she was done yelling and mind you I don't even know what she was yelling about . Something about ranch sausage and free and you didn't pay for any nuggets. So that being said I asked her politely if she could present me with a copy of the receipt. She demanded that we did not pay for the four piece with our extra ranch . She said we didn't order it in fact. If God knows I should have trusted her cuz she's a 19-year-old kid with a bad attitude that is an essential worker at the beloved McDonald's the essential nutrition we all need during this what the hell was I thinking questioning this over opinionated little brat. Well she for some reason could not provide me With a receipt. Then a much taller slightly older woman came over wearing blue at this point I'm thinking this must be the McDonald's police and I was hoping I didn't have to get into one of them white lives matter discussions cuz this woman was very dark-skinned and spoke with a very strong street slang accent. You know what they call that Ebonics you know what we all should have learned in school God we missed out didn't we. Smh.. so this woman's even louder and harder to understand than the little bratty kid with the braces that carried herself like she was Ronald McDonald's daughter in person serving a special handcrafted meal that she personally prepared herself.Good Lord help us.So we looked at the debit card receipt after being told if we want nuggets we gotta pay, our receipt from the phone app said 7.84 pending McDonald's. ABSOLUTE TERRIBLE SERVICE TODAY ! 😡 I came from South Carolina to Florida to have a great birthday weekend 🎉 & the first thing I do this Saturday morning is go straight to McDonald's to enjoy a good to-go breakfast while I'm on my way to the beach 🌊 So we pull up to the drive thru and try ordering a Hazelnut Iced Sweet Tea & an egg and cheese buscuit combo , but before we could finish , the lady cuts us off so then we repeat "combo" again & she replied back with an attitude saying that she had already gotten that 🙎🏼 Um no honey , do not get an attitude when we only tried to repeat ourselves to make sure that you heard the correct order 🙅🏼After that , we were going to try adding a mocca frappe to the order , but she had already gotten an attitude once and she was already telling us to go to the next window so we decided to wait till the next window . So we get to the next window and add the mocca frappe to the order but she orders a caramel frappe instead . I do not like caramel , so I corrected her . Then , when we got our order , they only hand us ONE straw for TWO drinks . Like really ? 🤦🏼‍♀️ Are we supposed to say , "Can we have two drinks with a straw for EACH drink" next time ? 🤷🏼‍♀️ And to make matters even worse , when we get back on the road , I decide to take take out my buscuit to eat & notice that there is no cheese on my Egg and CHEESE buscuit ! 😠 I was going to let the attitude and no straw pass , but this was unacceptable ! 😑 If ya'll ran out of cheese or something , ya'll should've let us know , but no , I just open my food and BAM , no cheese ! My buscuit was whack ! Now my morning started off terribly . Please fix this and do not let it happen again in the future . This place is a joke. They have staff arguing back and forth with each other. And Savannah is the worst person they could have ever decided to make manager of this establishment. She is a liar and you can pull the cameras to prove it.

I tried to place an order in the drive up but this particular associate didn't know what a 6 piece chicken nugget meal with all fries was. She even said she didn't understand. So I went inside.

I placed the order at the counter and forgot to add a iced ☕️ coffee. So I asked Savannah to purchase one. She said we can't take orders at the counter. I said ma'am I just paid for my entire order at the counter so you're not telling the truth, you're lying. She said I'm not. I went to the kiosk and placed the order and put pay at counter. She said go back and pay with your card place it again. Uh no. You can pull the cameras 📷 and you will see me paying for the 1st order at the counter. Quit lying to your customers because you're lazy. And you need to tie that long hair up and put on a hair net working around food. It is unsanitary! And yes they sell long hair nets at the hair store go buy one. Without customers there is no McDonald's. This location needs proper management. All the other McDonald's have the general manager number on the window. I asked for the corporate number Savannah said I don't have it. I would give 0 stars if I could.
