Update: second instance of bad employee on the timeclock! April 2019 : well if you're looking for a Rude Burger, "TAZ" will give it to you! TAZ does not represent a good example of management and she is a nasty person as well! What's up with the people that this store hires? Do they have to act mean to people? Do they hate the job they're in? And do they just wish that people would go away? I felt like a number as I passed through the line but it was sad because Taz was so very rude It was a mistake on the order and Taz acted nasty about it! Someone had paid for my meal before me and I was supposed to get a large fry instead all I got was nasty Taz grabbing the fries out of the ladies hands and yelling at her employees ! Sounds like TAZ rules with an iron fist only she's in the wrong business. Where does recruitment go to get this type of so called "manager", probation? Is a bag if frues really worth it making prople tell thuer bad experiences. Cheap thrills, TAZ, I guess you need more " coaching"!

quite possibly the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. I was there about a week ago, ordered something for myself and my son, and when we got up to the second window we were told to pull over in the reserve line. We waited 10 minutes before our food came out. Then as we checked our order real or realized that several things were missing. I called the girl who was walking back in the door that brought out our order over and told her what was missing. She came back out with it and basically threw it at me. Then I also realize that there was no barbecue sauce with the chicken McNuggets that we had ordered and told her to please bring that out. Once again she came out with an attitude and give us one barbecue sauce for a 10-piece chicken McNugget. At this point I was so infuriated I just wanted to leave. As I was driving home and then realized our drink order was missing. I was so disgusted that instead of going back I just headed home. Never will I've bizit this McDonald's again. Side note, the food that we had waited for because they had to cook it supposedly was ice cold and had to be microwave. I literally live 3 minutes away from McDonald's so it wasn't the fact that it was the drive home that...

I'm going to start with this, I know things are going to cost a little bit more than they did 6 months ago. I ordered 2 sausage and cheese biscuits, got charged for sausage EGG,AND CHEESE. I ordered it without the egg specifically because it is a lesser charge. And they gave me ones with egg on them they didn't give me a receipt so I couldn't say anything but I'll tell you I will never go back there again if they're going to just up charge me on my stuff because I'm trying to get a lesser costing item. And then she's going to tell me that everything costs more. Well it does cost more if you're charging me for things that I didn't order. Now I have no complaints about the quality of the food. It's fantastic and I'm going to eat them. But the fact that I only had $10 on me and was expecting to get a five back and only got a dollar and some change. I find that very dishonest and frankly disrespectful. Not just to me because I'm pretty sure she's doing it to other customers as well. I know me myself not going there anymore isn't going to matter but maybe if some other people see this review and this post and they experienced the same things maybe they'll follow suit and not go...
