Here right now. Between 2:25pm-3:10pm.
We were there a couple of weeks ago on June 8th between 2:25-3:10. They should not be a lot of people waiting around but there is always because they are so SLOW there. We only went here because my daughter asked us to go and since we haven’t dined in there for awhile we decided to go ahead. Our wait time for one chicken sandwich combo, one Kid’s Mighty Meal and a Double Quarter Pounder was over 25 minutes. Then the order was wrong, even though the ticket had the correct order. So my husband went up to pick up area to ask for the correct order….Another 15 minutes for his meal. He sometimes stops there between 10:30pm-11:30pm at night when he works late. It is ALWAYS a wait there. Even if there are no cars. They mess up a lot so always check your order before you leave. When we were there on the 8th, there were a lot of people complaining about having to wait. One man was so mad he was cursing loudly about his wait. Most of the people inside were for take out….There was cursing everywhere. We see & hear some woman who is sitting across the restaurant who keeps screaming at a 3 year old boy. We appreciate hearing you tell the 3 year old to "Shut up Mother F'er". No, we never heard the child, just the "woman". Thank goodness they only waited 15 minutes for their food to go. My daughter was like why do parents act like that. It is a shame.

My husband sometimes has to work at night. Tonight before 10pm he decided to get a meal here. He waited for over 30 minutes for a happy meal and plain cheeseburgers. The people decided to clean the grill even though they had people waiting in the drive thru and in the restaurant. Then they once again messed up the order. So my husband had to wait another 20 or so minutes for the food so in all he was t here before 10pm and just called at 11pm. Fast food, yeah right.
2-3-2018 10:39pm Husband waited for over 15 minutes and he was the ONLY one in the drive thru. The drink he got for our daughter was nasty and disgusting. He did not think about tasting it.

No ice and nothing for the Happy Meals....

I only had cash, so I pushed the HELP button. I waited but no one even looked in our direction. Finally I got it to let me get to a screen to pay at the register and the read-out instructed me to take my receipt to the register. Unfortunately the kiosk did not print a receipt. I then stood at the counter for an additional several minutes without assistance. I called out to the next employee who walked to the front of the order screen and explained it didn't print. She looked up my order and I paid for it. We received our drink cups but not the tea we ordered. There were no tea containers in the lobby. While we sat and waited for our food, people came in and went. some left with food and others cancelled their orders because of the wait time. By the time I received my food, which was to go, my fries were cold and disgusting, my big Mac looked horrible- the bottom bun was bent nearly double inside the box, my husband's burger was similar except the bottom bun was NEXT to the burger in it's box. I really wish I had taken pictures!! No one put printer paper in the machine as long as I was in the store, which was about an hour total. I am not unrealistic, I don't expect food will be put into my hand like magic. I do, however, expect a "fast food restaurant" to be faster than being waited on in a restaurant where I am expected to tip. We are expected to process and pay for our orders, and get our drinks, and waiting and watching while employees stand around staring at screens saying ' I'm waiting on a crispy chicken' 17 times. We are doing half the work, waiting twice as long, getting food that is becoming less and less edible and prices keep going up. McDonald's used to be my favorite place. The regular hamburgers WERE awesome, the fries USED TO BE the BEST in town. PLEASE ELEVATE YOUR STANDARDS. Hire people who value the job. Make the McDonald's name be the stand out spot...

Well we get up to order and start our order with 3McDoubles and a large fry and just ask that those things be in their own bag (for ease of separation between the four of us ordering and eating on the go) the woman at the drive thru then proceeds to ask you wanted two McChickens right all while the whole time you can hear someone laughing hysterically in the back ground so we clear that up and proceed with the rest of our order. I order the nuggets and try to ask for sauce and the woman just proceeds to ask if there's anything else so I figure she'll ask at the window so we finish our order and get to the payment window and the woman there was just to business no thank yous or your welcomes just rude. Then we get to the food window everything is bagged together and handed to us the girl did say have a nice day but shut the window immediately so we get their attention and say excuse me because we wanted to get some ketchup barbecue sauce for the nuggets and some ranch and the girl at the window proceeds to say that they should have given us sauces at the paymeng window they don't deal with that and they're $0.26 for extra sauces we tried to explain to her that we were never offered sauces or asked about sauces in a hurry she's just like okay okay gives us one barbecue sauce one Ranch and four ketchups for a car full of four people that all ordered meals as well as the burgers being poorly made and dry and the fries were pretty warm but no salt and I know these are not the worst problems we could have had but as a person that has worked customer service and in food businesses her whole life it's just a poor look for the company and unacceptable to the...
