McDonald's — Restaurant in Florida

I'm disgusted, I went through the drive thru and decided to order the big Mac pac wich I only decided because it was being advertised as I approached the drive through. The lady then suprised me and said they no longer offer that wich I knew was lie because I just saw the add less then 2ft away. The true issue wasI ordered 2 big macs, 2 large fries, a 20 piece nugget, and a large Hi C. Also a 13 cookie tote. The 20 pc nugget was missed in the bagging so I called in about an hour later when I got home to let them know I would be coming in the following day to pick it up because it was a treat for my dog. So I went to get pick it up today the lady on the headset cut me off and just told me to pull forward. The lady at the 2nd window then called who I assumed was the GM or higher, judging by their attire wich was OK. I preferred that, what I did not expect was for this person to try to gas light me in believing I was replacing a 10pc. I should add I never order less than a 20 and have not in months. I refused to allow this so He went back in when I was being extremely cooperative providing my phone number and spelling out my name. Here is the kicker the 2nd 10 pc was actually a 4pc in a 10pc box. I should have known there would be issues when I called in and no notes were being taken or managers being notified. Ordered 3 things through the mobile app and of course, we sat at the pick up space for over 30 minutes. Got a notification that someone was going to be coming out with my order and no one ever came. Finally my husband had to walk in there and tell them to hand him the order. But of course they completely messed up my son’s meal, as if they never even read the receipt at all. No straws, no napkins, nothing. It wasn’t until my husband got our order that we saw the manager come out to service the three other cars that were sitting there waiting longer than we were. My husband said that when he walked in to get the order that there was an employee visibly hunched over standing in one position like he’s on something and the others are either running around like they don’t know what they’re doing or just doing absolutely nothing while they’ve got people waiting for an order that was ordered prior to being there for an hour. There is absolutely no excuse for this kind of behavior or customer service. Stop hiring people on drugs and stop keeping useless managers that don’t manage on the clock and maybe you will start to see a difference in...

Slow and rude!! This place is right next to my work so I can usually drive in and out around 6 ish am real quick. Have never been late ever. That Changed yesterday. I pulled in to the drive through speaker at about 6:00 am and no answer so I asked "hello" ? Nothing...so I then drive up to the window and honk. Once again nothing. So I drove back through again to the speaker and finally when I honk at the window someone shows up. ( 2 cars Behind me honking now too). I tell her my small order and she takes my card and walks around for a few mins holding my card and then tells me my food has to be cooked. It was a biscuit and a hashbrown you would think they would have plenty at 6:15 am . So I say no give my card I am now late for work for the first time ever after dealing with your staffs incompetence. She Huff's and puffs giving me attitude and runs off with my card. So now I am yelling for this woman to give me my card back and after 5 mins later FINALLY I get it back. I was 30 mins late to work because of this. I will never be back and I hope people read this and stay away too. The worst fast food service I have ever...
