“What do you want?” Welcome to McDonalds where you as the customer are the inconvenience.
Now listen, I know some people get enjoyment from being mistreated and disappointed and I would NEVER kink shame. But, If that’s you, this is your place! This McDonalds is like your middle child… A constant disappointment. You want it to succeed, but you just have to accept it never will. If you are looking to make a quick buck, bet a friend or family member that the shake machine isn’t working, because odds are it isn’t. Or… “We don’t have one.” Which based on THAT, I am now thinking of starting a restaurant with a menu of items that do not exist. It is wild to admit you don’t have a shake machine, yet have the item on your menu. (WHILE your company is actively being sued because of the shake machines 🤣)
Look I’m not going to sugar coat it, your order will probably be wrong, bad, and it might make you sick (if they even have what you want AND that’s after you have inconvenienced the people WORKING there) If you are trying to fast track your way to the grave, have been having trouble making a Number 2, OR as I said earlier are an enjoyer of humiliation this is the spot for you! It blows my mind when the execs and managers can’t pinpoint why sales are down and fewer people are eating at McDonalds… 🤔 I wonder why. Maybe focus on what you do well at this location. Figure out how being disrespectful and disappointing can be profitable for you and you will go far. I know a manager or social media manager would never in a million years want to touch this, but if someone does reached out I’m not interested in anything from you to “make this right” The corporate speak needs to stop and people need to hold you accountable with...

The guy who took our order and cashed us out was great. Friendly and efficient. That's about where the good ends.
We pulled up to the second window, the girl at the drive thru was arguing with the person in front of us - they should really wear name tags - as I pull up, she told me they were out of Coke (we ordered two), so I tell her we'd take one Dr. Pepper, the person with me said Sprite. She tries to hand me two Dr. Peppers, so I explain, one was supposed to be a Sprite. She tells me I didn't order a Sprite. I tell her I know that, but that we wanted a Dr. Pepper and a Sprite in place of the Coke they don't have. She then argues with me, and in a very condescending manner, tells me I told her to give two Dr. Peppers, saying that I was wrong and I never said Sprite. The person with me doesn't drink Dr. Pepper, so know for a fact they didn't order it.
Instead of just handing me a Sprite, she rudely tells me that I need to pull forward, that she'll have someone bring the Sprite out as she has people behind me she needs to get to. Really? I just waited in line as well, just hand me a Sprite. It takes 30 seconds.
Instead of giving me the Sprite, she then continues to argue with me. In the time it took her to argue, she could have just handed me a Sprite. I tell her give me the Dr. Pepper, we'll just go inside and exchange it ourselves. As the window closed, I could hear her talking about me, calling me names.
Seriously...over a Sprite.
We went inside and exchanged the Dr. Pepper...got back on the road, my Dr. Pepper ended up being...
Read moreWe need to talk about this Mcdonalds my friends I walk in at 0700 on 11 July and head to the bathroom and I am blown away how modern, how big and how clean it is.. that's my first impression. I make my way to the electronic billboard ordering station and I notice how great the dining room looks, bright, colorful, clean very impressive. While I input my order on the electronic board, I hear a dude at the counter comment on how nice this facility is... so it's not just me that thinks this. I get to the counter and meet....Luther!!!! OMG! What a great personality, smile, posative attitude, THIS is the dude all of us need interacting with our customers.. we make small talk, he checks my order makes sure everything is in the bag... thanks me for coming in today.... his posative energy and attitude absolutely transfered to me this morning. What a great man, what an incredible store... we all need a Luther or two in our lives! Great job my friends.... I will see you again Luther!!!
I need to add... I am seeing a lot of comments that are negative towards the staff snd their attitude... I jave been coming to this McDonald's for almost 10 years now.. I have never had a negative experience here... maybe it's the attitude and nastiness the customer brings and that energy is matched by the employees constantly being mistreated by the customers. I am not saying that an employee that is rude to a rude customer is proper, but I understand it and will side with the staff member everytime. Treat folks with respect and you will get respect.. that's everywhere my friends......
