McDonald's — Restaurant in Florida

Service at this location in particular has been a 1/10 at best lately. Rude employees, employees openly using profanity in earshot of customers etc. couple that with the last 3 times we have ordered a milkshake after waiting in line we are told there aren’t any and that the store has no way to cancel the mobile order and we have to do it ourself (which there doesn’t seem to be a way to do so from the app). Add all of this to our attempt to get food here today.. it was about 9:15pm, ordered milkshakes and a snack using the app, selected pick up in store which the app doesn’t allow if the dining room is closed and when we went to pick up the order inside (doors were not locked) we were rather curtly told to go pick it up in the drive through. When I’m the drive through they couldn’t find the mobile order since it was sent to tue front, then after close to 10 minutes of hassle once again we were told sorry no ice cream or milkshakes and sorry but we can’t refund you. So, yet again we are going to have to initiate a credit card dispute to get our $ back and yet again we didn’t get what we ordered. The rest of the order in this case was a 6 piece nugget happy meal with the limited time Szechuan sauce, however when the order was given to is there was no sauce at all with it, we were told twice they didn’t have any before someone finally worn to get it from the office or something. A request for a couple of extra sauces due to the other inconveniences was totally ignored. I know there isn’t any real competition for you in this area but come on.. at least try to offer some semblance of customer service and...

Only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because when I would go here on my lunch break I wouldn't have a problem and the drive through lady was always nice. However, tonight the crew were very unprofessional. Went through the drive through to order, they gave us something completely different. My husband went in and the lady argued with him saying that she told him that they didn't have the item and that he agreed for the other item (she never said anything, it was a normal order). When I went in she then proceeded to argue with me even though I told her neither my husband nor I heard what she thinks she told us. She grabbed the manager and while I was waiting on her another employee goes "wow,really?" And then another in the back goes "we get customers like that all the time". Very very unprofessional. The manager was no help at all and basically told me it was her employees word against mine, also unprofessional. I asked for fresh fries because by then ours were cold,I walked away for a minute to ask my husband something and I come back and the manager has her nongloved hands in our bag (with food that we were still going to eat!) taking out the cold fries. Just an extremely unprofessional experience...

I just left the drive threw here. I got there about 10PM. The girl that took my order was very sweet and kind, if it wasn't for her then I would have NOTHING nice to say. I took a little longer than normal to get my correct change for her, but she was nice about it. When I went to get my food at the window the window was open, and the manager was right there with another heavier set lady. I said hello to her and got a rude look. She gave me my food and tea, and I then asked for ketchup. She gave me aother dirty look like I was "bothering her" by being there. I then said thank you and she said NOT ONE THING! You know I am actually looking for a job right now, and I swear if somebody would give me the opportunity, I would not treat CUSTOMERS like that. She should be thankful that I came there. Not very nice folks that work at night. It amazed me that the manager was right there and heard the whole conversation and didn't say one thing! I could use her job...
