GENERAL MANAGER, CARSSA COLANZI, is one of the most rudest condensending people I have ever come in contact with. She does not listen to customer complaints as she talks over you while saying "if you would let me talk!" She has ZERO customer service skills & doesn't need to in in an upper management position with her attitude & unwillingness to solve a complaint! I ordered a footlong meal with 2 cookies off the Subway App, for delivery, So my order should have been the sandwich, chips, soda, & cookies. When it arrived, it was only the sandwich. When I asked the Door Dash Driver where the rest of my order was, she said that's all they gave her. When I called, CARSSA (the GM) very rudely said the driver took the whole order. When I tried to tell her I didn't get the whole order, she abruptly interrupted me, telling me to let her talk, & said it's not her fault, I needed to call Door Dash. Then she said the driver probably stole it. I called back to request a refund & Carssa rudely said I had to go through Door Dash. When I finally got to speak I told her, I didn't order through Door Dash, I ordered through the Subway app. That's when she said, " the driver must've stole it". Read moreI placed a order online . Get to the store and nobody answers the drive thru, pull forward to the service window and wait no one comes to the window. No customers inside. Pull around building go in and there is a customer that the employee just started preparing his order. There is another employee in the back I can hear the racket he or she is making back there. Now mind you the app said my order was ready. However when I ask the employee for my order that I placed online he says he hasn't started it yet. So here I am waiting for a sub that was scheduled and reported as done at 9:02. I wouldn't mind waiting if the employees had enough ambition to answer the drive thru or the phones even cuz I tried calling when I sat at the service window. But no it is way too much for a staff of two to provide any type of customer service when there is more than one customer on the property. Literally one customer two employees and yet no one answers the drive thru, the service window, or even acknowledge you when you walk into the store. I went to this establishment last night (5/286 after placing an order online, I went into the store and they informed me they had no bread, but they could make my sandwiches into a flat bread or a bowl, there were three workers standing there, I let the lady know that I would take the one sandwich on the flat bread, and the other one is just want as a refund. I stood there for a few minutes while they were just standing there, the other employee told the lady to “fake an emergency so they could go home”, as I’m still standing here. The lady tells the other employee to make my sandwich and she replies with (this is after I’ve been standing here waiting at the counter for a few minutes) “I don’t have time to make that sandwich I’m going home!” (Which made me feel like I was bothering her) and she walked away which in turn I just asked for a refund for all of my stuff and left.
