Moe's Southwest Grill — Restaurant in Florida

Food is good! The lack luster " welcome to Moe's!" greating .... They need to drop it or just change it to " Hello" or " welcome!" Because it seems to be not genuine and I assume because of how it's becoming more like gibberish; I'd say ineffective. Now ! The prices. Way to high. Every thing is $9 the drinks $2.29 for a regular. Wow! The salsa bar is good but the cups are too small and the salsa bar stays nasty. The one size fits all coke R2D2 dispenser well I think a lot of people agree that it is agrivating, loud and doesn't taste good. For the unbelievable prices it would be nice to have a good selection of hot sauces perhaps like fire house subs does. The gas can tip jar " gas money for the crew" is offensive. I take it that way because of the high prices and zero table service the owner could pay off the help better and tips wouldn't be needed or in this case Gas money. If you agree hit the like button. This is a tough one for me because I spent 4 years as the general manager of a Moe's. I know we are in a different time at this moment when no one can find good employees, if any at all. So in my opinion as a franchise owner who was nowhere to be found during the busiest time of the day while I watched the three employees who were working struggle, all the problems of this place fall on the franchise owner. I'm not sure what these people thought when they opened a restaurant, or if they even have experience running a restaurant. Based on what I saw today and what I've seen in the past at this place makes me know but they most likely haven't ever owned a restaurant. When we are in hard times and your employees are completely struggling to keep up to the point where they don't put gloves on the change me out on the line, it's time for you to stand up and do your part to make sure your restaurant survives. We love to come and eat here and we either get a big burrito or a bowl. I usually get a burrito with cilantro rice chicken or steak then I will do Pico and I will add more cheese and I'll add guacamole and I will add the pepper and onion that is sauteed . It's very delicious and I usually do the same thing for the bowl if I don't do a burrito. They also have a really cool salsa little Buffet where you can get all kinds of sauces and limes or lemons and it's super delicious to add that on top of your stuff as well gives it extra flavor and it's amazing. They give you way more than enough for your bucks . Come check them out they're really awesome the employees are very nice everyone greets you and it's very clean.
