Subject: Complaint about service at LA Fitness branch - Miami Garth Drive
Dear team,
I would like to express my dissatisfaction regarding the service I frequently receive at the LA Fitness branch located on Miami Garth Drive, specifically on Saturdays at this location. On November 2, 2024, at 1:30 PM, I had yet another very negative experience that highlights the poor quality of service provided.
The staff member responsible for service, in addition to being extremely rude, seems unprepared to handle billing procedures, as each time a different price is presented with no clear explanation. This kind of disrespectful and uninformed service undermines the quality of service I expect to find at LA Fitness.
I request that this issue be taken seriously, as this is not the first time I have faced this situation. I believe that respectful and professional service is essential and that clients deserve to be treated with consideration...
