am delighted to have discovered a Peruvian Chinese restaurant in North Miami area, and my husband and I were thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service, delectable cuisine, and charming ambiance during our dinner visit. Naomi, the hostess, exemplified outstanding hospitality, attentively addressing our needs and showcasing her expertise on the menu offerings. I was hoping the food would had much more flavour. Being born and raised in Peru, I’m used to cutting some slack to most Peruvian restaurants due to how hard it is to get fresh supplies, but this time I felt really sad that Du Kang’s cook line at North Miami didn’t meet my expectations (MinBao’s pork filling with no flavour, Chi Jau Kay having incredibly low sodium nor vegetables, Pac Pow Soup with too much noodles) compared to other instances in the past where I’d be so thankful for the food at different Du Kang locations.(Doral, Kendall) Please provide training, supervise and support your own team to show the world what Chinese-Peruvian cuisine has to offer. Esperaba que la comida tuviera mucho más sabor. Habiendo nacido y crecido en Perú, estoy acostumbrado a ser indulgente con la mayoría de los restaurantes peruanos debido a lo difícil que es conseguir productos frescos, pero esta vez me sentí muy triste porque la cocina de Du Kang en North Miami no cumplió con mis expectativas (el relleno de Chancho de MinBao sin sabor, el Chi Jau Kay tenía muy poca sal y nada de verduras, y la sopa Pac Pow tenía demasiados fideos) en comparación con otras ocasiones en las que estaba muy agradecido por la comida de otros locales de Du Kang (Doral, Kendall). Newer place of a fantastic chain. Food is fresh and always perfectly cooked. I wish they would offer lunch meal preps kits to purchase similar like other chains sell frozen entrees.
