So I visited this location again. I was here last week also. Here is a list of Pros and Cons. Pros. Clean. No wait time to be seated during lunch. Cons. Poor service. You have to ask for everything. During today visit. My server was friendly. Service was Slow. When my salad came she never brought us any silverware. We ended up going to a table and taking a set. We had to ask for Napkins. She never came to offer refills or go drinks. Gave us the food we ate. She gave us the check and never seen her any more. After 15 min of waiting I decided to pay on my phone using the app. Which I don't approve. If I have to self check out I am working for free. After paying on my phone we left. No Thank You nothing. I don't approve at least thank your customer without them you have no job. No Manger to be found I only seen her on the floor. After 2 visit this month same service my next visit will not be at outback. Most likely at Texas Road House. I was disappointed. When I come to a restaurant I expect silver ware on table or given before any food is severed. Napkin same way. Life of me why isn't there steak sauce on the table?? And please stop watering down the ranch way to runny. Sorry guys please step your game up. Honest review hopefully next review will be good. The steak it's self was good. Not our first time at an outback, so we planned on ordering our favorites. We were a party of 5. We sat at a high top bar table. Our waitress was great, friendly, happy, attentive. Our app of the blooming onion came out within 20 minutes of ordering. It was overcooked meaning it was very dark with lots of burnt spots and very very greasy. We still ate it because we were starving. Waitress brought over 2 boards of bread. We ordered 2 sirlons, 1 burger, 1 ribs and 1 filet. It took 1hr and 20 minutes to get the food from when we ordered it. All the meat was cold. The steaks were so over seasoned they were hard to eat. The only warm/hot food item was a single baked potato. The manager was friendly but stressed. The restaurant was full but noone was waiting for a seat, maybe they were short staffed?? The manager said the steaks are "bold seasoned" and said i probably just couldnt handle it. Ive had their "bold seasoned" steaks before, this was not the problem. He offered bread to absord the spice. And waters all around. Both sirloins were ordered med. 1 came out rare 1 came out well done. The ribs had great flavor would have been fantastic if it was warm/hot. The burger was pretty much a hockey puck. Manager comped the food bill which was appreciated we paid the alcohol and of course tipped our waitress for original bill amount plus some. She was great the issues with food was not her fault. Name Sara tall young white women with long dark hair alittel heavy looking. Let me tell you she was nice and sweet to do business 👍 with at outback steakhouse.
