I just moved here from NJ I visited this location spent over 200$ on paintings and they were all damaged. Of course I misplaced my receipt, it does happen. They wouldn’t return without receipt when I was just there night before so I asked to speak to manager . I believe her name was Allison she was the most obnoxious person I’ve ever met in retail in my life . Rude , unprofessional rolling her eyes at me ect . So I asked her to get another manager to speak to and wow what a world of a difference she was so helpful she took almost a half an hour searching for my receipts for me now that’s customer service. Of course I didn’t grab her name BUT Thank you so much for doing that for me . Now I will definitely be coming back to shop because of her 1 STAR because of rude manager…. 5 star for exceptional customer service from the other manager BE KIND...

He looked at me as if I was just a complete idiot and said no I don’t work here. I’m like you don’t work here and he stayed silent. Then from there, the other lady that helped me was just rude and short, and I was buying a cooler, like those old-school Coca-Cola coolers for the patio and she asked me to open it as if I’m gonna steal something as if I’m gonna shove some stuff in there.
