Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Florida

If I could give you 0 stars I would! I used my location for the closest delivery and it sent me to this location in Freedom Square in Naples.FL. Left my phone number and email in the delivery application online. I placed order around 11pm and store closes at 12pm, I get email confirmation and I'm following delivery tracker saying its being made etc.. So here it is 12:15 no pizza.. so I kindly call and explain to which they respond my location was not in the delivery area so it was cancelled!?!?! NO PHONE CALL or EMAIL letting me know this at all! So fast forward to today I call because I'm still craving a pizza, remembering the ordeal I decide to call this one to order and hopefully get a discount or some extra breadsticks, hell maybe even 2 liter I would of been a happy customer. Here's where I was baffled! I call and ask for a manager and so happens hes who answers. I proceed to tell what happened and as he's obviously rushing me along he tells me he can't do anything because it was placed online... the store itself could of at least called and let me know its cancellation or emailed me telling me somsthing. Apparently according to him it's not their responsiblity because I placed it online... so who's responsibility was it? And the whole time I'm trying to argue the fact that it would of been at least courtesy hes SCREAMING at me that he doesn't have time for this..... All I was hoping for was some free breadsticks or a discounted pizza ?!? Hell even a valid explanation on who's actually in charge of calling would of worked but instead he chose to be an @$$! So you will no longer receive my family/ friends business for your lack of respect. I will be calling coorporate and voicing my opinion as well on this issue thanks Otto you deserve employee of the month ! And reading these other reports you've got alot of angry and dissatisfied customers... something needs to be done about this asap as you've received more 1 star reviews...

So....I really don’t know how to start this because really I could care less and can deal with poor service with little issue. With that being said...... WOW I JUST HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE I’VE EVER HAD WITH A RESTAURANT, if you can call this one. I called at 11:15pm And was wanting to place an order. I get redirected to a call center and start getting asked what I would like etc.

All good... when we got to it the lady asked what location will you be picking it up from (confused at first because I called the store) so I told her, seemed confused, then she said the store was closed. They seemed to close early today. Yet online and everywhere else it says they close at 12. So I said how about if I go pick it up from the one down the street. She says “oh they just closed their register 3 minutes ago” Then she has the nerve to tell me. “Oh a lot of the stores have been closing early lately. I’m not sure why”

Very disappointed. I hope the owners see this so they can fire their whole staff. Unbelievable. Seems like its not just me who has an issue considering...

Coming home from work I had the biggest craving for classic Pizza Hut pizza.. I was excited to say the least. Well when I got the delivery it was truly disappointing and answered any questions or thoughts I had that old school classic franchises like “Pizza Hut” still have a chance. They don’t.. skimp here skimp there.. Harley any topping on pizza, also cold to touch. Dough tasted like it was sitting out all day or maybe the pizza was made yesterday. That would explain it all lol. Boneless wings had “watery” sauce and wasn’t even mixed with wings. It’s like someone put plain wings in a bowl and squirted some non shaken watery sauce and sent it in it way.. not shaking it or making sure it was presentable. Breadsticks mediocre not the same as years ago.. marinara tasted like some low budget Ragu. The Pepsi was the best thing.. hard to really screw that up lol. Looks like this location will close soon like all the others across the country. It coms down to staff and ownership. Clearly they both just don’t care at all to let food leave...
