I am very upset!! I had a HORRIBLE experience today because the manager is not prepared to handle situations. She made a mistake and the only thing she could say was sorry. And I am the one paying for her mistake. She charged my card to pay another table's bill and instead of making any kind of compensation, she just said she was sorry and that the money would be back to my credit card in the next 3 - 5 business days! This is unacceptable!!! Even though my money is pending, I can't use it if I need it until it's back to my credit card limit. She had no consideration with me, the only one that shouldn't be affected by her mistake!! Why she didn't ask me to come back there in 3 - 5 business days to pay my bill?? Because she said I just need to wait this amount of time to have my money available again in my account! So, I can wait 3 - 5 business days to have my money back but she can't wait 3 - 5 business days to receive my payment?? It was her mistake, not mine!! Or she could have charged my bill with the other's client credit card because this client's bill was already paid with my credit card!!! The $8 dollars difference between bill's could have been charged from the other client's credit card because his bill was higher than mine! She only thought about herself and covering her mistake!!! What if the money she charged extra in my credit card was the only money I have to buy meal or put gas in my car to go to work tomorrow?? Did she think about that??? Of course not!!! Now I have two charges in my credit card and I need to wait 3 - 5 business days to have it back / available in my card!!! She wasn't capable to do anything different from "I am sorry, I took care of it and your money will be back to your account in 3 - 5 business days"! I am very disappointed with this, I never see this in my life!!! Very upset with the manager's arrogant approach! You should hire managers that have experience with dealing with mistakes and with brain to think about other's people financial situation because the client (in that case "me") that had nothing to do with it was the only one paying for her mistake!! He done an outstanding job.from bringing us fresh bread, to refills drinks.everything we needed he was 1 step ahead. Not only my table but he was amazing to all the tables, he cared he asked several times how we was doing. A+++ the food my steak was cooked prefect. Rare tender not dry amazing. Baked potatoe I requested no salt. And cooked fresh my salad was fresh. Everyone at my table was pleased. Zero problems. Good job with adding the xiosk at the table. My steak was med done no ways near rare. And the baked potato was so cold the butter never melted.i tasted the skin of the potato omg the salt flavor was so strong. My guess would be they simply rinsed the potatoe with water. After the meal a young man came to our table and asked how was everything my mom replied Cold look she literally took 1 bite from the pork fat. Read moreEvery single Texas Roadhouse I have been to the service and staff were amazing. From Texas to Illinois to Michigan. But this location in south Naples is horrible. We went in to eat Thursday night we got this nice waiter and what not everything was fine. She asked us where we were from and we said Illinois. Keep in mind we spend most of our time in Naples at our condos. Well fast forward two days it’s Saturday night we went in to get some food and we managed to get the same waiter and same table. We were sitting there laughing of how a coincidence it was. We get done eating and everything. The bill comes out to $79 dollars. The waiter comes and we give her our card and she left. Right away we received a text from our credit card company with the charge amount at Texas Roadhouse of $136. We have automated Texts with charges set up on our accounts. We received the text 2 minutes before she came back. When she did we asked her nicely. I think you made a mistake and she looked at us and said what mistake I didn’t make one. Then we said you charged us $136 and she said no and we showed her the text and she had another receipt under the one for 79 and she said oh I made a mistake and turned around and left. We got a little frustrated and called over a manager. His name was Diego. He came over very rudely and with a very mean,rude, and just not nice voice and attitude with a lot of disrespect towards us. This same thing happened to one of our friends 3 ish weeks prior and they said they would refund him the extra money charged and they never did. We explained that to him and he just said I don’t car and left. Us being frustrated we went to the front desk and asked for him to come and when he did he said he does not care and that we need to leave. We did not want to leave especially without our money. He then proceeded to call the cops because we did not want to leave. The cop was very nice and chill. He explained to us nicely took us out and told us how to dispute the charge and what to say.
