Subway — Restaurant in Florida

My experience today was awful, told the lady that was making the sandwich wanted a BMT from the beginning, I noticed she was giving me something else so I started speaking to her in Spanish so she could understand me. I ordered a BMT from start, then she starts giving me an attitude saying I did not tell her that from the beginning which I did in english. She was acting like i don’t know what a BMT is? I’ve been eating subway for years! As I was leaving the establish, both the manager Anna and staff started laughing at me. I was trying to help them as they were having a hard time speaking English. Great location but the employees plus the manager are rude. . . By the way things seems the owner does not care about...

Wanted a philly steak sandwich and lady told me it only comes with what the sandwich has. I told her I’m going to add more ingredients to it tho, *ignores me (annoyed) then I told her the rest of the ingredients I wanted and she barely put anything in it. And then repeats herself that philly steak only comes with onions and green peppers. No lady, I can put more things in my sandwich if I want to! I don’t know why they are still in business, such disrespectful and rude employees they have. Ridiculous!...

Worst experience I had while visited this subway...THEY R RACIST PEOPLE .... AND behave like a very ill mannered way. We ask to **change the knife please *bcs we r allergic of meat but she refused to change knife..and we ordered for subs for 6 people and ask for tray but staff refused to give trays and said..we already give u 2 trays..and when we ask for a cup for my kid ..she refused to give cup.....I m totally disappointed by staff behaviour and will not recommend anyone to visit...
