The manager helped fix a bad lunch, unfortunately it continued to decline once he left to go help elsewhere in the restaurant. Thank you anyways Jason. Plus one star for him.
Our server was incredibly slow. At first we thought he was busy. We asked for drinks, waited 15 minutes and only received one. Then another 5 for the second. We asked for more bread and waited another large period of time. The server was nowhere in sight continuously to even ask for help. When he finally returned he asked again is there anything I can get you? -yes the bread we already asked for. My husband and I came for a lunch during work, the restaurant was not busy. I had to share my food with my husband as he never even received his (until the manager helped). Eventually even a cook came out to help and we saw him helping better than any server.
It took so long to get any food, I left hungry because I couldn't wait any longer for my unlimited soup and salad meal. I never did my bread either. I was scared to ask for the manager again fearing I would've had to wait even longer.
It was sad, the one bowl of soup I did get was delicious, I wish I could've had more. I always try to mix humor to lighten such depressing situations. As a pregnant lady, my baby and I are both quite displeased
And to finish, the server came out after everyone but him helped us, and we only asked for a check and drink to go since we ran out of time to eat more. Then he finally moved quickly once the idea of money seemed to be involved. Yet, perhaps not, because he walked away as we were placing our payment in the checkbook. Even though we called out to him to take it now, he never looked back. Waited another 10 minutes with our payment ready, searching desperately in the car as well to see if we had cash to use to leave sooner (sadly no). So luckily the cook who was helping as a server was cashing out 3 checkbooks and we had to walk over to him to ask to cash out after not knowing how much longer we would've been stranded. Thank you also Mr. Cook, who wore a hat and provided drink refills. I wish he was there sooner as I was still thirsty as well.
I certainly hope someone follows up on this, we are huge fans of Outback and would love to continue to support this location during this time as our work has moved...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreValentineās Day is a special day to celebrate not only the ones you love but love overall. Appreciating the fact that we may all be strangers but we can still love and care for one another. The here on Valentineās Day was amazing just like every other time that I have come to this Outback Steakhouse but what I want to speak on is the absolutely outstanding job done my a waitress named grace and a manager known as Melissa. From the moment we took our seats we were off to the races unbeknownst to us at the time for what was going to be one of the most memorable and enjoyable nights out for dinner. Grace from the very beginning of the night when servicing our table was very accommodating and nice in communicating with us with answering all of our questions and concerns about the menu. When the answer couldnāt be found immediately with her she went and found out and came back to inform us of said answer. Throughout the night when checking with us she made us feel like we had been friends for a good time already only after speaking for what might have been only a couple of times. Even after informing her that the small mess up on my well done steak order would not be a problem she insisted to ease my worry that it would be no trouble to have it fixed. Grace was what made the night so special along side the manager Melissa who not only was very nice and kind in explaining some policies but was very good at communicating and interacting with all of the guests. At one point Melissa was on her knees at a table so she wouldnāt stand tall and tower over the guest but would be at level with them. I hope everyone can come to this Outback Steakhouse to see and experience what a great night out for...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe go here for our monthly to bimonthly date nights. This is the first time weāve been back since our daughter was born 6 months ago. Yesterday we arrived around 7pm and the place looked clean and like a normal outback location. There was a party for an 8 year old and three tables full. We waited about 15 minutes to be seated then was seated in a place where it was hard to put our car seat. We werenāt offered a high chair or sling till later on, Iāll get to that. We were greeted within 5 minutes and our drink and app order was taken by the training server. For our entrees we had a trainee take them, she was excellent. About 10 minutes later our entrees came out. When asking out our apps, we were told that the server training forgot to tell the trainee put them in. Not a big deal, we could wait for them. Hereās comes the fun part⦠Right as my husband was put mayo/ketchup mix on his burger, I told him not to touch his food. There was a long hair on his plate, it was even melted into the cheese on his fries. When I got the trainees attention, she apologized and brought it back to be remade. She then offered me a high chair or sling. When the burger was brought back out by the manager he apologized. However when my husband went to put a mix of mayo and ketchup on his ānewā burger, the mayo/ketchup mix he just applied to the last bun was on there. My husband assumed they did it for him but I know they just removed the hair and gave him the same burger and fries. Iām disgusted. We quickly asked for the check and a box for my food. We were not given a discount or anything due to the hair. We will...
